wen i cant slepp i close my eyes and turn off all the lights...hope dis helps you too.

First of all make sure you have a little time to relax b4 u go 2 bed. Dont come in from activities and try to go staight to bed. U will be restless the whole night. Second if u find music or just sound sooths u might just wanna go 2 sleep watching TV, listening 2 a radio, or sumthin else. Thats all i got good luck

Just lay in bed and focus on your body. Just tense every muscle you can for about 5 seconds and then release it. Then start with your toes and just feel the relaxation work its way up your body one area at a time.

Most of the time you will be out before you finish. If you do finish before you go to sleep, just lay there and let your mind wander and do not try to direct it.

Try not to do any physical exercise before you go to bed. Do not eat any sweets or drink anything with sugar in it. Maybe drink some milk. If nothing works, maybe some time of sedative/medicine will help you.

melatonin, it's a very inexpensive vitamin and it works. i take it every night about 1/2 hr before bed, no tossing no turning and you wake up refreshed, talk to a pharmacist about it

count backwards from 40- pretend you are walking down stairs and you are counting each step
