out that he had been talking to his ex online(she is also his sons mother, but they split because she cheated) and had been visiting his son alot and staying there late and to make a long story short they had been writing romantic emails back and forth. I really believe that if I hadnt caught him when i did that he would have cheated further(he didnt sleep with her he says) and honestly i think that i am over it but i really still feel like there is something missing in the relationship. he has said sorry and that he just told her those things so she would continue to let him see his son but he has no goals in life and its a struggle to get him to work and this has even caused us to have a car repoed. but besides that i feel like im not even attracted to him anymore. and i know this sounds crazy but his personal hygeine is not the best and lately is has just really disturbed me. so is this normal? what should i do? i love him, but when is love not enough?

Long story short, I'm 24 and my ex is 30. We were together for 3 years and he has full custody of his kids. We have different priorities in our lives and broke up because of them. We still talk, love each other (on a different level then before), want the best for each other and are friends still. We both know that eventually we would date other people but he hasn't and I have started to. How/should I tell him or should I let it go until he brings it up?

OK, so I would reallyreallreally love to go to the Hellogoodbye, The Hush Sound and Boys Like Girls show at Avalon in Boston this upcoming may. I've been waiting to see them all for an extremely long time. You have no idea. Its just that my dad is super paranoid about me getting hurt or something.
I want to go to this show before they all make it SUPER big. So, has anyone ever been to any of these band's shows? Want to tell me what its like? Just so I can have some more things to try and prove to my dad that 14 is old enough to go see a show without a parent there!

Okay... so I have been with my boyfriend for 4 years and he still hasn't proposed. It's not like we've never talked about it... and he's even gone shopping for rings a couple times (I'm not supposed to know :) ) but.... I'm just getting a little impatient. I love him with all my heart and couldn't see my life with anyone else. It's not that I just want to get married... I just want to know that he can make the commitment that I already have. It makes me feel like I love him a lot more than he loves me, and that's a bad feeling.. even though deep down I know it isn't true. I just don't know if I should wait around... or move on? I don't want to be with anyone else, but I am at a point in my life where I am ready to settle down... and he's the one I want to do it with.

I'm 19, going on 20. I did well in high school, went on to college, hated it, dropped out, and now I'm working on transferring.

All my life I've been the small guy, the one who's body matured slower and later than everyone else's. I was in the front of the graduation line. People say it's not the size of the man, but the personality and the confidence. I hear confidence is key for winning a girlfriend. I guess that's true, because I've always been unconfident and never had a girl.

I do my best to be proud of who I am. But it seems like whenever I get it together, someone's there to knock me back down again. Today, I went to Sears. The cashier made small talk, and when I told her I was in college, she was shocked and told me I looked 12 years old. Sometimes still when I go to restaurants with older friends and family, they ask if I want a kids menu. I frequently go to airports to fly home and see my family. Many times there I was told I look 13.

How am I supposed to be happy?

So I really like this girl, Im not 100% sure on how she feels about me though. See a friend of mine made a comment on her myspace about how he thinks Im gonna ask her out soon, and I was talking to her on msn and she asked if I had read it and I said ya, and she told me "it made me giggle...lol it wuz pretty random to see it" but I think she just wanted to see what I thought about him saying I was going to ask her out. See Im supposed to her with her to a movie with a friend of mine and his girlfriens on the weekend. Id like to make "us" official aka the title "going out" but I just dont like the idea of asking "would you like to go out with me?" it sounds childish to me and normally I would actually ask her out somewhere like a movie lol but since we're not gonna be able to go anywhere until we go to that movie on the weekend, which I have a feeling will be more than friends, but not officially.. now I dont know how I should go about it because I think she wants me to and I want to =)

me and my bf of a year and 2 weeks have had a strong and steady realationship,we talk a lot to each other and spend every minute with each other as well.i love talkin to him,looking,being with him.he makes me smile laff,cry(cuz of joy) he tell sme he feels the same,we have that special bond,i can tell him n e thing thats on my mind,we share with each other all the time.he tells me he loves me and i believe it i love him too only God really knows.we have cute lil nicknames for each other... we know we have to takeone day at a time but sometimes we go in the future,he tells me he wants to b with me and how he is going to have a career,and we r very smart in school,he says he wants to take care if me wnats to marry and have kids by me,we also wrote hand treaties to promise to stick together thru rough times and to be faithful..etc

My fathers an anesthesiologist, my mothers a heart surgeon and my sisters in hollywood. I seem like im always getting in trouble. Like this weekend I had a few drinks and yeah I know im underage but what do they expect out of me.Im the one who likes to have fun.I think they are all just stressed about their jobs and just take it all out on me. i liked this guy, he rejected me then i lost 30 pounds and got down to 122 at 5"7" and im 18 and really pretty. then he started asking me for sex, i told him no, he kept pressuring me, and said that he wasnt looking for a relationship. so i yelled at him. Everytime he sees me he reacts and you can tell that he still likes me. today i saw him with a girl that his "girlfriend" at least thats what he told my friend. when i saw them they just stared at me, and he just looked at me for 10 minutes and ignored his girlfriend, and they didnt act like they were dating. He kept staring at me everytime i see him.
Does he still have feelilngs for me? Is he just trying to make me jelouse?? what do i do??

i was married and this person was single. he was younger than me. we used to play basically chess together and talk a bit. he became my best friend over a while..say 2 years. one day we just joked a bit and i asked him not to as he was engaged. but that didnt stop him. next day he felt pretty bad. then after marriage he stopped talking to me and we had fight as i called him a player. he came back after one yr and wanted me to forget the bitterness between us. it took a while but we were casual friends again. he told me that "he did not want the relationship between us to go anywhere but it just happeend..and its better we dont talk about it". we talked for 4 months and then one day he said he is busy and i was blocked/deleted. i wonder what happened. what do u think.

i wanted him to be my best friend again ..we used to talk for few mins daily though..we maintained distance and ifelt he was comfortable

My boyfriend and I are engaged. I've heard arguments both ways as to the benefit of getting married. Keep in mind we are both over 55 years old so kids don't even come into the picture. Will being married change our social security when the time comes? Or is it the same whether you are married or not?

I like this girl a lot and I think she likes me too. The problem is that both of us are incredibly shy around each other (keep in mind that we are exceptionally loud and social around our friends.) But when I go to talk to her I kinda freeze up and she herself turns very red. What should I do? I really like this girl and don't want her to lose interest in me. ... I told him to go for my friend because I like this other guy..... this other guy has a girlfriend, I know that's not good, but I like him too much... my wife violated a PFA which protects my son from her daughters father cause he threatened my sons' life b4 he was even born. we are seperated and she came to pick him up as part of the custody. and her daughters father was driving. was it right to clal the cops and report it and file contempt of PFA to Prothonotary and now taking her for full custody.. i feel i did the right thing but same time the wrong thing.. but while we was togehter i took care of our son all night and day while she sa on the computer.. she faces max of 6month in jail and $1,000 in fines.. i felt my son was in danger if he wasn;t i am sure she try to get my son to call her daughters father dad!

My brother is going through a divorce and has a lawn business he started 3 years ago. He is now going through a divorce and his wife is 50% owner on paper only. She never helped with the business, not one phone call or anything. Now she says the business is worth over $100,000 and she wants half, even though the business took a loss the past three years. Since her filing for divorce and kicked him out the business has grown to around profit of $15,000 this year. But this was after she filed for divorce. What is she entitled to and how much? Can anyone help us with this?
