Well um...first off why would ur mom ground you for NOT going to the movies alone with a guy friend...? And also it's nothing if you guys just went to go see a movie together, then there is nothing you should worry about. I mean does he go out with his female friends, I mean if you guys r jus friends...or does he have problems with you going out w/ ur guy friends? I think you should bring it up casually in a convo, so that way you can get a reation out of him and you don't have to feel guilty...:)

well u should be honest and tell ur bf the situation and if he is only a friend then u have nothing to hide thus nothing to worry about and why is ur mom making u go out with this friend when u have a b/f already. Just be honest if u love your b/f and want a good relationship and tell your mom to butt out

Start out by telling him about the movie you went to go see and then say that you went with your friend, (friends name here), and then if he gets mad or upset, tell him that he's just a friend no more. If that doesn't work tell him about your mother's threat. That's what I would do.

umm STOP.. that statement you made is a major lie. why would your mom ground you if you didn't want to go to the movies with this so called "friend?" that is total bullsh*t... i think your feeling guilty and thats the excuse your going to use. if this guy is just a friend your boyfriend would know of him and about you and him going to the movies. if he's just a "friend" you wouldn't be scared to tell your boyfriend that you went to the movies with another guy. i feel you like this guy and you're confused on what to do or who to be with. what you need to do is tell him.. its not right what you did.. how would you feel if he went to the movies with a girl who is a so called "friend?"

It depends on your boyfriend. Is he a nice guy, or will he beat you up if you tell him? You can tell him your mom wanted you to go.

Only you can answer that question. As long as he is not the abusive type, do what you feel is right.

if you are asking this question, then you are too young to have a boyfriend...go to the movies with whoever you want...he needs to know though...just call him and tell him...you are not married to him and you should have other friends without him being mad at you...good luck

I think you may have a bigger problem with your mom grounding you for 2 months if you don't go to the movies with someone. Sounds like someones priorities need to be straight.

You still haven't told him? For goodness' sake, he's just a friend. If your boyfriend freaks out over it, then maybe he's not the guy for you.
