I am really shy I have fainted 3 times in school in front of my class because I had to stand up and read my poems. I mean i LOVE writing poetry its how i express my feelings, but how do I show people my poetry when I cant go up infront of people without fainting or studdering really bad????

I've been here for almost 2yrs., I'm a Christian, single-parent and I don't do much even when I have the chance to. I don't know about many places here. Also, I'm a very friendly southern girl, but not too many people are that friendly out here, so it seems. Where do I go to have clean fun and meet REAL people? Mind you I do live a holy life.

Well went to a party and saw a girl that everyone thought was good looking. Clearly out of my league etc, anywho cutting to the chase. We got talking and she was saying stuff like how her relationships always fail. and i seem like a very cool guy, we share very similar interests that i play the guitar and she likes the bands i like etc. She gave me her number and said to call her in the morning. Asked me to promise that i would or she will get upset. However i feel she was drunk LOL! or at least on the way of getting there. I presume i should stop while im ahead right? However when she did get completely paralytic she was trying to hang around me non stop no one else. And was continually trying to hug me. I told her parents and told them that she needed to sober up before saying stuff like that. What should i do?

my recent ex bf for nearly a week has been showing me mixed signs about our relationship. when he broke up with me he called it off because of trust & communication. after all things were said & done, he still wanted to be friends. in my opinion, being friends it too much to handle when there is too much history between us. i understand that we have trusting issue because he has cheated on me in the past, &that is why it has taken me 4 years to completely get over it, but now i have began to give him the benefit of the doubt & trust him a little more each day. well, since the break up, he has been calling me constantly, & i feel like I am being pulled in for an emotional rollercoaster. i have tried to speak to him about our situation, & yet he is the one with bad communication &trying to avoid the questions. i just wanted 2 know whether he wanted to be with me or not at all, but no answer. so i had to let him know that i cant just be his friend. when will he realize that i am the one ?

The couple in question have shared custody of their children (7 and 9) The mother does not want to pick up their children from their father's place and does not want their father to pick up their children from her place when there is no school or day care. She only wants to exchange their children from a MacDonald parking. I want to emphasize that there is no reason whatsoever on her part to want to exchange children in a MacDonald parking. The father wants their children to be exchanged at their respective home because he believes that they are not commodities and is about respect and dignity. The children do not want to be exchanged at MacDonald parking either, especially the boy saying that he is not a hamburger. The father is suggesting, if she does not want his place or her place, at least to exchange them at a family home when they are with her but when they are with him, he wants them to be pick up from his place. What do you think?

I've gotten to hang out with this girl for sometime now and we've become pretty good friends. She's never dated anyone, she is of legal age, and she's not shy at all. I can't tell if she's just be friendly or if it's her lack of relationship xp. She has a lot of admirers but blows them off.

She cancels plans and asks me to hang out with her. When i visit her workplace and am about to leave, she makes a sad face. She asked for a piggy back ride the other day and i carried her to the otherside of the street. When she came over, i gave her a shoulder massage while she was checking her email.

She said that the reason she likes me is because she can talk and bother me i will probably never fall for her. Then she said she was unsure about that and that her charm might rub off on me.

Everyone thinks we're a couple because we hang out a lot and when asked if we are, she always says i'm too good for her.

AAH. My bf...the best so far...I want to kiss him...we haven't hugged or held hands...but hey we are 13...like all my friends have had their first kiss, except me...
We get detentions if teachers catch us kissing...and neither of us told our parents..because of them making fun of us..
and he's not going to make the first move, i know that ,...help me please.

I went to a restaurant a month ago and there was a waitress who was extremely beautiful. The moment i saw her i had some sort of feelings about her. But i am so shy to ask a girl out, so i thought it's better not to think about her. One day in my art class when we were in the line sign attendence i met a girl whose face was so familiar to me, later i noticed it's the same waitress girl, and i said to my slef" WHAT A COINCEDENCE", i thaught i must to something, i must ask her out. BUT I CAN'T! It's is so pethatic of me. Since then i keep thinking about her and before each class i decide to open a conversation with her each time, but you know... . It's like i can never ask a girl out. There is just 2 weeks to the end of the quarter and iam so disappointed. What hurts me the most is that she doesn't even know me. What should i do now??

We don't really believe in them because whether we have on or not, it does not make us any more or less married, and we don't think it is a necessity. I don't see anything wrong with people who DO have one (because most people do) but some of my friends think that it's weird that we don't. What do you think?

I get emails from a dating expert who says that looks, age, money, etc, don't matter. What does matter, atleast according to him, is the ability to create attraction. As far as you're concerned, does there has to be some sort of chemistry from the get go before you'll even consider dating a person? Tell me what you think.

I'm 19 and I think I'll be single til I die. I'm at my second year at University. I'm not 'a stunner' but I'm not ugly, and I'm a good weight and build.

I'm quite shy, but I can go out and it's as if guys physically shut me out, like they turn their backs to me while talking to my friends.

I've tried talking to guys but get nowhere, unless they're only after one thing and try and force me.

What am I doing wrong? Am I abnormal? Am I giving off the wrong signals?

I was wondering, if the fact that she was willing to talk for 6 hours was reason enough to believe that she likes me. I was also the one who said i had to go, meaning that she wasnt trying to hang up on me. So im just unsure if I should take this as a sign that she likes me or not.

how to say 'NO' to friends who always ask to copy your homework? i really want to help them, but not that way. i just don't want to get mad, u know how teenagers are. i feel so bad b/c sometimes i work really hard on that assignment & then just let them copy it. how should i say 'NO' in the nice way? but not too reasonable b/c they hate it when i'm being a smart butt.
