First this girl (who is the prettiest girl I have ever met) totally seemed to like me alot. She would look in my eyes talk to me and stuff. But it wasnt just flirting she would just ya know lite up when she saw me. Now though she has gotten all different she doesnt look at me she acts all nervous she doesnt talk to me as much and she looks down when I am around also she doesnt ask any questions back when I talk to her he answers like normal but then she just looks away again. There's a guy at work who told me I was too weird for him to be friends with since I was sending him mixed signals about getting with him. The reason I was wavering was because he has a fiancee. I know this because last year I helped him get the engagement ring for her. The thing is she is in another country. Anyway to make the long story short, he asked me to stop texting or emailing him. He even told me he changed his cell phone number, I haven't tried calling him or emailing him and I asked him why we can't just say hi at work. He told me I was too weird to be his friend and that are no hard feelings between us and I should get therapy. I don't think I'm crazy or weird, and people at work are being extra nice which bothers me. Yesterday and today I didn't say antyhing to him and ignored him, but he keeps acting like he wants me to notice him. Sometimes he'll keep walking around or getting up from desk so I can see him.

I'm debating if I should go back to school. I'm divorced with three children. My baby is 2 1/2 and I'm engaged to his father. We are living with my fiances mother right now trying to save money for a house. He sold his house in order for us to have more space for the kids. My fiance currently makes good money (100k). My kids are ready for preschool. I was wanting to finish my degree in elementary education I am currently half way there. Should I be going to work to help save money or should I be finishing school for the next two to three years. I feel guilty for not being able to contribute financialy for myself and my other two children. My ideal would be to be able to contribute to our family financialy and also have the flexiblily having summers and holidays off to be Mom. Is this fair to him and the kids if money is not the issue?

How can you tell if your friend is actually a true or phony friend?
I have a friend and known him for about 6 years.
Now, I'm not so sure if he is actually a real friend or someone who's trying to use me..... Every time when he comes to find me, he wants me to either give him a ride or when his other friends aren't around. I have this feeling that he's trying to use me or manipulate me. I'm also interested in finding some new friends... but somehow it always seems like the new friends I've made aren't actually true friends, but phony friends who wants to use me....
Can anyone tell me how I can find out if he is a true friend or a phony friend? How hard is it to actually find a true friend? What are your ways of finding a real friend?
Suggestions and advice will be appreciated

First, girls want a guy to treat them right but date a guy that won't. I heard a girl saying this then saying she likes thugs (her last bf cheated on her). Some girls would stay with a guy that treats her bad, and some guys would stay with a girl that treats them bad. Women want what they can't have. Men want what they can't have. Both are so confusing I can't even remember everything that's confusing about both. Why is this, and what else do you find about both to be confusing?

My best friend and i have been close for 3 years - it turns out we've secretly liked each other the whole time without even knowing it until now. We do care and have fallen for each other but we decided that we both weren't ready for a serious relationship. Yes, there were times where in between, we would hook up but THIS TIME, we had a serious talk and promised that we can't be "biased" about things and go back to being best friends. We're both happy that things are back to normal...but more him than me. I'm heartbroken because that guy i've been wanting/dreaming for was the one right next to me and i can't be with him. He seems more over it than me - he's just happy we're normal again...then it makes me wonder if he ever had a thing for me....i need to trust what he said because before he said that if we were to be together it would be a time where things weren't as stressful (degree, work, etc..) and he wants it to be serious and long lasting...

I live in NYC and I'm invinting 500 people to my wedding next year. I found a place that caters food and will charge $60pp. That's the cheapest I've heard so far, but still a lot of money that I have to pay. I'm thinking about cutting down my list of invites.
What should I do? Also my fiancee and I are paying for everything ourselves as we do not have supportive parents.

I just don't get it. When we first met, he said he had a drinking problem and wanted to stop drinking and smoking weed, and he was so happy he met me and I changed his life. I know, stupid naive me, I fell for it, I truely believed he wanted to change and would " because he cared about me so much".
Well, guess what, it's a few years later. We got engaged a year ago, and he is always whith his guy pals drinking or smoking weed because he can't do it around me. I ask him why he doesn't stop. He doesn't answer me. It makes me feel as if he never cared, or he would stop. I feel like he out right lied to me. Now, instead of 'you make me so happy and you changed my life and i am going to stop drinking and smoking weed" its 'I don't like her she is getting on my case about weed". I know. I should have known. Well, I finally woke up and smelled the coffee. The one thing really bothering me is Why doesn't he answer me when I ask why he doesn't stop and why he said he would? (Doesn't care?)
