Ah, no. Does she even know that her dinner tastes that bad or is her taste buds numb to the taste? Or perhaps, that was the way in which she was taught to cook or may have never learned to cook at all. Anyways, just drop her subtle hints. If its best when you cook, encourage her to cook with you and that it will be fun and time efficient. Hopefully, she'll pick some things up. If you guys both have time take a cooking class. Perhaps a cooking class which focuses on non-traditional dishes. She may become interested and want to take more cooking classes. This will improve on her skills. Get her some simple recipes. If you do the grocery shopping, pick up one of those lifestyle magazines which has some recipes. Tell her you saw a dish that looks interesting and perhaps you could suggest that you both make it for dinner one. Tell her instead of going out for dinner, you guys can have a romantic dinner at home and it would be more intimate if the both of you worked on making dinner. She'll be able to follow this new recipe with you and if it turns out good, there should be no problem of her making that dinner again, problem free.

Hope it works out for you.

Lol... so didn't think this question was going to be about dinner.... and I was going to answer no.. you should make her go wash that sh!t, but considering the question is about actual food.... no. You shouldn't have to eat her food if it disgusts you. Tell her that you appreciate her, and never let her forget that, but let her know that you cannot continue to eat things that don't agree with your taste buds... try buying her cooking lessons, or perhaps teaching her some. That could be reallllll interesting!

Teach and tell her to prepare it right! By washing it clean, rub all the seasonings gently, put a little vanilla to make it smell heavenly, add more spice to make it hot and you both take turns in folding and mixing all the ingredients together until done and whallah- muy magnifico!

Yes, if you want her to eat your dinner, you have to eat hers. Cooks always think that their's tastes better, but taste is in the tastebuds of the cook who wants theirs eaten. Fair is fair.

If you don't like her food, don't complain too much, but maybe try to teach her how to. Or even maybe take a cooking class together. That way your love can grow as well as your ability to cook.

You should at least make some effort, and offer only constructive criticism. Also try to find one good thing she cooks and tell her to make it more often.

Provide a nice large sausage for her to eat while you are eating hers. The distraction will allow you to last longer.
