I am thirty-five years old with no children. I have been in a few good relationships but have been single now for about six years.

Within those six years, I have finished school, have a really nice career, traveled and brought my first house. After six years, I am finally experiencing my first real relationship with really nice man who I have great chemistry with. He likes to spend almost every minute of the day with me and at times I feel smothered.

I think being single and independent has played a huge part in what I am feeling. What do I do? How do I talk to him like a mature adult without killing the relationship?

I have a 7 year old, a three year old and a 9 week old. My husband is the father of the 9 week old. I recently went back to work and my husband quit his job to be the stay at home father because I don't really want anyone else watching the baby right now and it's easier than deciding where the kids are going to be everyday. He planned on getting a part time job, but has not yet. We talked about everything before ultimately deciding to do this. It's been three weeks now since he's been staying home with the kids. He has been angry and very moody for the last 2 weeks about not making any money or having a job. He is mean to me when I talk about him getting a part time job because he now wants a full time job. We haven't had sex for about 2 weeks because he has been in a bad mood. He blames me for "making" him quit his job and keeping him at home. I tell him that he can get out of the house everytime I come home. He's now talking about seperating because he doesnt care about anything

I'm a 26 year old woman with a 29 year old boyfriend. We've been dating for a year and seven months. Since they very beginning of our relationship we communicated through email back and forth throughout the day. We see each other on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Wednesday only and we never talk on the phone. He's a complete introvert and he likes lots of alone time. He gets pretty busy at work, whereas, I'm always bored. Lately, he hasn't been emailing me much throughout the day and when he does his emails are very short and lacking detail. He usually writes three or four vague sentences. This makes me feel really worried and anxious because I don't get to talk to him much throughout the week. These emails are our only conversation during the day.
For some reason, this makes me feel really bad, so I constantly check my email all day and worry. I'm think I'm being clingy and overwhelming, but I love him and like to know how he's doing.

This time a month ago, my year relationship with my boyfriend was perfect.However,we had our share of ups and downs.We went on a break once,in which time he casually dated two best friends.We realised how much we missed eachother,and he knows that me seeing him with the girls last time made me realise how much.I split up with him again,because of an incident,but he promised he would do everything he could to sort himself out because he loved me.He also promised this time he wouldnt go with the girls.Now,he has been seeing one of the girl's since we split up,while telling me he misses and loves me.Today,the girl was talking loudly bside me about her and him bein together,and gave me looks.I ended up just going up to my ex and shouting at him,and told him i know exactly whats going on.I have found a nice new guy,but i feel like everytime i try to move on something newly horrible happens.I don't know why he's done this?What can i do?btw im in school,so it's not like i can hide from them.

This girl works with me.
She gave me her number. We talk on the phone one time. Second time I call her, (next day she gets unfriendly at work, starts ignoring me/no eye contact) So I do the same for 2 days. (play hard to get attitute)

The third day, she smiles comes to me and tries to start conversation.

So I call her today, to ask her for coffee. and she asks "when/where?"

Then she asks my work schedule, and says "we'll go out when we both have off. (We both have off on sat) or when there's something special going on" I said " I don't konw about anything, but we can go to movie, or coffee for little bit. whenever you can, I don't want to pressure you into anything." so she says, "I’m doing this project with my mom and sister. I’m kind of busy now"

so I said “well you have my number, let me know.” she said "OK"

I'M CONFUSED, GUYS/GIRLS PLEASE HELP.

I'm afraid I'm being used by a guy friend of mine. We slept together once, and have sent pictures to each other and cybered. I've fallen for him. I told him via email that I felt like he might be using me, and he said he'd write back, but he never did. Instead he asked when I'd be able to IM, and when I signed in, it led in the direction it so often does. Is it time to just walk away? I've fallen hard for him, but I don't think it's mutual. It seems like he usually only wants to talk to me when he's feeling lonely. I keep telling myself I'm not going to put up with it, why do I keep going back? How can I know how he feels if he won't answer when I ask? Why won't he answer? He's a good guy, I trust him, and he's said before that he wouldn't want to hurt me, so why ? Is there any chance that he feels something for me (besides physical attraction) or am I just fooling myself? Thanks.

My best friend and i have been close for 3 years - it turns out we've secretly liked each other the whole time without even knowing it until now. We do care and have fallen for each other but we decided that we both weren't ready for a serious relationship. Yes, there were times where in between, we would hook up but THIS TIME, we had a serious talk and promised that we can't be "biased" about things and go back to being best friends. We're both happy that things are back to normal...but more him than me. I'm heartbroken because that guy i've been wanting/dreaming for was the one right next to me and i can't be with him. He seems more over it than me - he's just happy we're normal again...then it makes me wonder if he ever had a thing for me....i need to trust what he said because before he said that if we were to be together it would be a time where things weren't as stressful (degree, work, etc..) and he wants it to be serious and long lasting...

Okay, Im at school (my college) and i see one of my girl friends. She's really pretty and at one point last semester i kinda liked her. anyway, we're eating lunch together and then as she comes back from takin her tray stops and whispers something to another girl (which just happens to be Jordin from American Idol). Then she comes back and sort of eases me down on by back and crawls on top of me. She then leans down and kisses me on the mouth and even uses her tounge. Naturally, i kiss back. Okay, it's really complicated, but I'll try and make it quick.
All I want to do is make people happy..you know...be important to someone...But I'm not...no one carea bout me...and there's no way I can think of to change it...What am I supposed to do to make people care about me? And it's not like I don't try.
I try to be a nice guy, to try and cheer people up, ect.
But they still don't...and I don't wanna go on living like this...being...useless...and unimportant...blah blah blah...
