Did I just get rejected? PLZ HELP!?

Question

This girl works with me.
She gave me her number. We talk on the phone one time. Second time I call her, (next day she gets unfriendly at work, starts ignoring me/no eye contact) So I do the same for 2 days. (play hard to get attitute)

The third day, she smiles comes to me and tries to start conversation.

So I call her today, to ask her for coffee. and she asks "when/where?"

Then she asks my work schedule, and says "we'll go out when we both have off. (We both have off on sat) or when there's something special going on" I said " I don't konw about anything, but we can go to movie, or coffee for little bit. whenever you can, I don't want to pressure you into anything." so she says, "I’m doing this project with my mom and sister. I’m kind of busy now"

so I said “well you have my number, let me know.” she said "OK"

I'M CONFUSED, GUYS/GIRLS PLEASE HELP.
WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?

IS SHE INTRESTED OR PLAYING ME?

WHAT DO I DO NEXT?

maybe she's genuinely busy or she has a lot on her mind. in this case, i'd recommend you give her space. be polite but not overly polite, and don't call her. wait for her to make the first move, or wait for her to warm up and try to get your attention. once you see she's be extra friendly, wait at least a week or two to call her after that.

if you suspect she's a shady person, then just move on. be civil, and whatever you do, don't go out of your way to be nice to her. in fact don't pay any extra attention to her.

find a new girl. and even if you don't find a new girl, pretend you're happy. you may be lonely but at least you still have your dignity.

Well i can't understand if she is just afraid to show you clearly her feelings or if she's playing with you...i think it's the 1st....you know women -just like men- feel a little bit insecure when they have to show sb that they like him. They're afraid of a possible rejection and i think that's the situation with you and her. She wants to be sure about your feelings before doing any other "step"... So you should make her understand that you really have feelings for her and you're not playing with her... so keep on asking her out but -be careful-...!!! If there's any "move" from her side don't ask her out again... if she calls you means that she has some feelings for you..otherwise just forget about her...she may doesn't worth your love...!!! Women typically don't want people at work to know she is seeing a co-worker, hence the lack of eye contact, conversation, etc. Obviously, she is willing to go out when you both have time so just go with the flow and don't make it obvious while at work.

When one is poor and you really need money -the bank won't lend it - however when you are very well off or rich - they are falling over backwards to lend it

The point females are like banks, they really only want to lend to those that dont' need it

well..it could be ethier , she could be dissing you,or she really does have t be with her mom and sister...what i would if the person didnt call me that day ,i would wait 2 days after our last phone call , i would call her ....if she didn't talk to you at work ,i would talk to her .....hope that this helps you...GOOD LUCK!!
