Is less than two months too soon to decide to move in with someone? What if the other party had just broken up with his on/off girlfriend of 3 years a month before meeting this new person? Anyone know that "stats" on these intense/fast relationships, or should it be looked at as any other relationship without picking it apart?

In many cases the father of the child if either unknown, or has disappeared. Often now the relationships do not last and the only certainty is who the mother is. It would be easier in marriage for the children if the man took the wifes name. Often after divorce the woman reverts back to her maiden name anyway.

feminists are always saying that, but why so? if it's because girls can't do anything about it, then that's false. girls do have limited control over the way they look. and lets assume that girls aren't attracted to good looks. they attracted to smart, funny, and popular guys. guys have little or no control over those things. some guys just don't have high iqs or didn't get a good education. and some guys, like me, just aren't funny. i have a sense of humor and try to be funny, but people never think of me as the funny guy. and if you think it's just not right to make girls change their appearances and worry about their looks so guys will like them, then is it really right to make boys try to be something they're not just so that girls will like them? so feminists, is it not shallow for guys to be attracted to pretty girls? or is it also shallow for girls to be attracted to smart, funny, and popular guys? or are you just a bunch of hypocrites?

My best friend may be moving out of state this summer. Her parents are divorced and her dad may be moving somewhere else in the country. (She lives with her mom.) She may never see her dad again and she may never see me or her other friends ever again.

This isn't just an ordinary "best-friend" thing. She is the only person I can talk to sometimes and talking on the phone doesn't always cut it. Her mom and stepdad won't let her go on instant messenger and she rarely has time on the computer anyway.

She told me that if she has to leave, it's going to hurt her real bad. She thinks that she will become depressed and her life will stink until she's older.

I'll feel so horrible if she has to leave. She's like my sister in a way.

What should I do?

2 months after I have been suddenly dumped without any warning and gave me no reason, he decided to contact me and tell me his explanations. He has admitted that he was unhappy for the last few months of the relationship and that he does not feel the same way about me anymore. I keep on asking what has changed or what did I do, did he felt bored, did he feel trapped and restricted and wanted freedom, did I not satisfy him, and any other reason why a man would leave, but he replied to as "i don't know why, i just feel this way". He also admitted that for those past few months he had been pretending that everthing was ok, so basicly every "I love you", everytime we were intimate in bed, i even asked him straight if he was happy with me and he said yes. I have been fooled, the man that I absolutely loved and adored did not love me any more and pretended. Why couldn't he tell me before, we could of worked things out, he still can't tell me why he was unhappy. Feel heartbroken 4 2nd time.

Hi...
I really like this girl and my parents know her parents really well. I think that she likes me back, but the only problem is that i don't see her very often. I only see her when my parents invite her and her family round, because she lives quite far away from me. Mine and her family are, I think, going on like a trip to somewhere in Europe this summer, but how could I know that she likes me or not? And, is it right for me to tell her that I like her even though she might not like me?
