well think this through , the tooth fair generally gives a dollar a tooth,( what are we talking 20, 24 teeth ), right there you have enough to tip the limo driver. PS if she's from Vermont she would have just enough for a kids meal at McDonald's.

It might be a joke. Maybe he has some strange sexual desire. Why else would it be a gift to him? If her teeth aren't rotted, a dentist may not remove them.
