yeah, he likes u, but it sounds like hes the "charming type" and that hes like this with everyone...you even said he called another girl a "hunny". figure he will b fun to go on a date with, but not likely to b a comitted bf.

It really all depends on how good of friends you are with this guy. So many times girls think that guys like them when they really only think of the girl as a friend. It also depends on your age because guys tend to act differently around girls they like depending on their age. If you are under 14, he just might like you, but if you are over that age, it sounds more like something a friend would do.
I would say, if you two aren't the best of friends and you think you have a significant chance, go for it! What do you have to lose?
