I feel bad. sometimes he gets on my nerves so much. so I know I'm not being very nice to him. but he never lets me leave. friday night we were fighting so bad, I told him I was going to go stay at my moms, he freaked like I was divorcing him or something. he cried and begged me not to leave, told me he would do anything to keep me here. he made me feel so bad and guilty I ended up staying. luckily we made up but sometimes I just feel like I can't breathe. and need some space, is this normal?

Thank you to everyone who provide me with some answers to my question I raised earlier about when you know someone is an alcoholic. I am new to this program, so I thought I could rate everyone's answers. Oh well. My husband appears to meet some of the characteristics of alcohol dependency, but doesn't need to have one in the morning, etc. He doesn't think about beer until he gets home. Then it is non stop beer drinking (8% alc by volume) until bed time? We are struggling financially, he gets aggrevated easily and comes from a family who have required interventions to get them into A.A.? Can I attend an al-anon meeting to help me and my 2 kids get through this?

yes he knew i was 16 when i start talking to him i told my mom he was older i diddnt say 21 but okay i said he was 19 i start talking to him in aug i start sleeping with him in oct i turn 16 on the 27th of sept so yah i aint been 16 for ah month yes i do feel that i made ah mistake with sleeping with ah man older man at that unprotected but me keeping my baby aint ah mistake and momma feels that i keep my baby to keep him because at the time we where having problems but after the problems where resolved she let him come over and spend a night she let me go over there and spend a night weekend so do you feel that now every thing aint coo that she should lock him up because she dont wont me with him

this is high school.i like her and she likes me too(according to her)... but we both have some problems... i wont be able to see her a lot lately because im in a different city from her... ill be able to stay at the city she's at in a few months.. but even then, we might not be able to see each other a lot for sure.. there's also age difference, her parents being strict, and all these things... should i talk to her and ask her how she thinks and what we should do? or should i just talk to her and leave her without even asking her opinions? i really have trouble deciding.. i like her.. but feels its really hard for us to be together in the long run.. what do you guys think?

He wears axe body spray & uses mouthwash all of a sudden & is gone for at least 12 hours if not more & doesn't have a job & claims he is at poker. I don't love him anymore but I'd like to know if you all think he is cheating then I will have an excuse to tell my mom & others why I wanna leave him besides him being verbally abusive to me.

I am 26 and I have been married since I was 19. We had our first child within 1 year He was born with some delays and is now labeled autistic.We also have a 4 year old and a 2 year old. Anyway we have argued since almost day one. He has a short fuse and if I don't agree with him 100% he resorts to name calling and cussing.(mind you we are both supposed to be christians).I am not perfect by far...I tend to be a nag and I have struggled w/postpartum depression. Anway he has lied to me in the past (he was fired from his job and pretended for almost 2 weeks that he was going to work),he is addicted to video games. He doesn't help that much with our older child.He has called me names in front of people when angry and has drew a fist back at me (although he says that it is out of frustration..not that he would actually hit me)I stay home and wait on him and his buds.I had a good job but he wanted me to quit so I did. I feel like I am a single Mom with a paycheck.I feel lonely but he is here

I guess im just mature for my age (17) but along with wanting to do what most guys my age want to do (rush and join fraternities, party, etc) i wish i could just skip all of that and just get married. Ofcourse i do intend on partying and living the college experience (unless i DO get married) but i'd rather find my sweetheart and cuddle w/ her until the stars burn out. Is this weird or am i just kinda mature? most of my friends just want to join a fraternity, drink beligerantly, and have random sex...

were both 17.Im trying to figure out this girl i really like, she used to be really flrty towards me, and now is acting real hard to get. She always used to do these wierd things, like put her pic on my ph as wallpaper, check my ph to see what her display name is when she calls, punches and hits me alot, and touches normally of course, randomly curls towards my shoulder than backs away.and also something wierd i noticed she used to do, curls into a ball and acts like shes sleeping for awhile, than wakes up again after a minute?....i think she shows me signs she likes me too....now shes acting wierd, and asked me whether or not she should get back with her ex, and my opinion, also when i txt her shell make me either wait for ages, or doesnt txt back at all....and she plays dumb when i ask about it....when you girls like someone, do you start to act differently towards them if theyre not making a move???, what else can i look out for, to know shes into me

My dad is in stage 4 kidney cancer and he just came home from the hospital. My wife and my mom don't want to get involved with anything. My wife is going back to her mom house to sleep so it left me and my cousin to take care my dad. Can some one tell me what should I do? Thanks!!

I am an adult and have been dating an amazing man for about a month. I very much want to persue the relationship but our family backgrounds are extremely different and I know that my father, who I've always wanted to make proud, would not approve. I am upper middle class white from the East Coast. My guy is from a middle class Jamacain family. My family is about being prim and proper, ie: Cheney's Daughter is an embarrasment because she is a lesbian.....so she's basically not allowed to be happy - My guy's family is about love and fun and acceptance and harmony and joy. But I do not want to lose my family, especially since I already have an 11yo who is very close to them. So, it's not just about me making me happy, my son would lose his Grandfather. Screw the rest of them. Our true colors are on the inside. That's what matters to me.

I grew up in a smaller town (about 10,000). My mom and dad have lived in the same place since they were married (mom was born 20 miles away). My dad is from Denmark and came over for school. Okay well, my mom is kind of different, or maybe a better word is curious and unsettled. She says she is so lonely because there are no people like her that are into different ways of thinking. She has never worked. She studies goddesses and yoga, meditation. All she does is read. She says that she wants to give up being a mother and let her kids figure it all out themselves. My sisters are 14 and 16. She says she wishes she would have followed her dream of being a broadway actress...aka not having us. My dad works so hard. My mom is always using 'his' money to travel to workshops, trainings. She says that my dad is not interesting.
