Ok, I may sound like a broken disc but:
Be yourself
People who like you the way you are will stick around. If you try to be someone you are not, you will only attract the wrong people and worse, when other discover your deceit you will be in a sensitive situation.
You may have less friends this way, but you will have real friends. For a relationship it is the same. I would suggest not luring the other into believing you are someone else.
And personally, I don’t think you really want people to like you for reasons other than just for who you are. If you really want to attract people then yes, spend money, buy drinks, offer gifts... but that band will leave you alone as soon as you are broke and they have sucked the blood out of ya.
Insist on quality, not quantity would be my advice. Else, go out more, meet friends, friends and just have fun. If you can entertain a party people will invite you again. I used to do shakers for people as a barman and got invited all the time... but personally I never went because those people were interested in my services, not my real self... but I met my gf in one of those parties soo...

confidence and lack of enthusiasm about the girls so they don't think we're pushy, reach out to them more when there's a reason that has to do with practicality rather than outreach. cut off the uninterested ones, don't give them a second chance.

With a winning smile on your face and a kind heart . People can tell if you are sincere or a bad person .

Well, for starters be like me,charming, handsome,smart, etc,etc!! But for a ham and egg er like you, just be yourself. Don't worry about being popular, just do your own thing and you will do just fine.

self-confidence, self-awareness, be passionate about your life and people around you, and be a people-person. and of cos with good looks as a bonus

make it look like you have money and can give great sex. If you're a guy, learn to be a jerk. It works every time.
