I always feel like I kill my image. I'm a confident person on the inside but for some reason I can't express the person I really am. I'm having a hard time at my new workplace because everyone's so happy and laughing with eachother, but when it comes to me I feel like i'm the monotonous, uninteresting person of the group. I think it might have left a bad impression of who I am so far, and I don't want that happening. How can I change that? I try to jump into conversations, but mostly they're things I don't have a clue about and so I have nothing to say. In some ways its hurting my self esteem, and it even makes me appear shallow to a point. It's not only in my work, it's also with my own friends too. I'm already painfully shy, and I want to stop that. I just feel like i'm the person who doesn't have anything interesting to say..................so any clue as to what I can do to open myself up more?

okay, so i've liked this guy for a really long time. then suddenly, he likes me. he asks me out..and i say yes! so, now were going out. BUT, everyone ( popular ppls ) and my good friend, lilly, are making fun of me coz im going out with him. coz hes "anti social" or hes "gay" coz he has a hi pitched voice! i dont want everyone to like....kill me but this is the best thing that has happened to me in a LONG TIME! at my school dance my friend kept trying 2 make this guy that i sorta like 2 ask me out. cuz she said that he said that he liked me. so i spent a lot of time talking 2 him trying 2 figure out a way 2 convince my friends that we're just friends. so later at school another girl thats really mean must of saw us talking and then spread the rumor that i was dancing w/ sum guy. and she told like the most popular ppl in the 6th grade that will tell everybody. and then like 20 min ago i was iming one of my friends who was told this rumor. and she even said that at her soccer practice the parents were even talking about it. Pleez help!

I've been going to college and getting straight A's for almost 3 years now. I am suppose to start clinicals in 2009. Its a 2 yr program, so I'll be a full time student doing clinicals for 2 years. I won't be paid, and I won't have much time for another job. My husband makes enough money for us to barely survive. He has known this whole time that he will have to support both of us when I'm doing clinicals. ALL OF A SUDDEN.... Today he says he doesnt want to give up his lifestyle in any way for me to graduate. Im already 3 years in! I've accumulated over 10grand in student loans already! I'm GOING TO FINISH MY DEGREE. I just don't know what to say to him. I can get a part time job somewhere doing something... but it wont be the same money we have now. And we will have to live without things like cell phones, and cable. But our life will improve SO MUCH when I graduate. I will literally TRIPLE what we make now. What should I say to him to get him to understand? HELP!!!

i feel like i just broke up with this guy who i have liked for 14 months. only i just liked him and he said today when confronted that he "couldve saved me the time by telling me we were just friends". Does anyone have any ideas on how i should get over this heartbreak i (inadvertinadley) caused?

and how to treat him
i told him that i never wanted to talk to him again, then he said "okay..then ill leave and go be over here"

i didnt know that ust giving up and saying i dotn like you was going to so hard. none of my friends care so i dont have anyone to confide in.

He is always leaving me and his 1 month old baby at home. He saids he has to stay at his mom's house because he has no other way of getting around. Today , he had a girl I went to school with bring him to the house to get his Picture Id so he could cash his paycheck. I was wondering why was she driving his neice car and not his niece;plus what was she doing taking my husband anywhere? Something is wrong with this picture. When I asked could I go to his mom's house with him he said no because he didn't want to be stuck. What's this supposed to mean? I am supposed to be your wife not a friend. Then when I called his mom's house 30 minutes later he wasn't there. It only takes 15 minutes to get to his mom's house. Everytime I say I am gonna leave him he begs me to stay and I change my mind like a dummy. What do I do? I want out of this mess because I'm tired of hurting.

I've been dating my boyfriend for 4 months and 13 day. He's a really sweet person. If you met him you would think so too. I've have never been so happy in my life. Well last week, we went to the mall and talked. We stopped for a min or two and we kissed and he's like do you want to know something and i said yeah sure, then he said "i love you more than you know" and yes i said "i love you back" cuz i am in love with him.
