If it gets to the point in which you guys begin to spend less time together in a short period of time then it's meant for you to give up on that friend and accept the fact the friend you grow up with in elementary and middle even high school you end up lossing them as a friend

Sometimes, it is best to say things as they are and stop trying to hurt the feelings of others when it is just not that.

If you keep acting like what she is doing is not hurting you then you are not being fair to her as friend. Tell her how you and feel and invite her to visit with your other friends. If she refuses then go ahead and have your fun and still be her friend.
Let her deal with the issue and mature in that area.

Ask her to come along; she may like your other friends too. If this is not an option, just tell her that your friends need you - just like she needs you. Tell her that you don't want to upset neither of them and try to divide up your time for all.

the best way is the direct way. Just calmly sit her down and tell her how you feel.
