How many people do you know that have discontinued contact with their parents after moving out? That's what I plan to do. And how much money does the average parent(s) spend on their child from birth to 18 years? I'd like to know so that I can reimburse them in cash, then we can be even.

my bf has been divorced for 4 yrs with 2 sons with his exwife.as soon as she sees my bf she comes running over to chit chat with him for the whole game(which is 2-3 times a week).she will even follow us out to the car.the problem is she hates me and i am well aware of what she says behind my back,i would like us not to sit with her at these games at all.we tryed this once and all it did was pissed her off and then she came over anyways.she feels my bf should sit with her at theses games since its their children playing.

and you let him go first and he said I just asked this girl out from the next town over and she said yes! then he said what did you want to tell me? And you stood there saying Congradulations! Oh, umm never mind. Because you were going to ask him out but then he found out that you were going to ask him out... what would you do?


Also, this kid at school is weird, but hey we all are in our own way, and he follows me around school, he followed me half way around the school today to my locker! What would you do, I am NOT interested at all in him and I heard he was telling people that i shoved him my breasts when I haven't, the worst part is is that he lives across the street from me!

What would you do in both of these situations, please, guys and girls perspectives please :-)

She lives in Texas, you both live together in Illinois. She is married with children & has a jealous husband she's hiding the friendship with your man from. She sends your man a Zippo lighter with his initials engraved on one side & his lucky number on the other for Valentines Day. What do you think of this gesture? Figuring... $30 for the whole thing, was it too much for just a friend you've been talking to on a personal level for a month? He's never talked to her with you in the house. He told you about her, and her husband. You accept this gift, though you don't like it. He asked me to pick up lighter fluid for it, and I said, "You're not planning on bringing it out at the poker game! Are you?" He knows you don't want him to (people are going to be there who already know it's a gift from another girl for V-Day), he does any way, and uses it as his lucky charm on top of his poker hand all night. What's the proper reaction from me to this action? What would you think?

Today is the second month, that I haven't heard from my "alleged boyfriend." He lives in another state, so I can't just go to his house and say "hi." My 37-year-old, never-been-married friend is getting married this summer, two months after the birth of my husband's and my first child. I agreed to be one of four matrons of honor. That's a $1000 plane ticket to transport a newborn across the country, which is fine. The other bridesmaids and I just learned she wants to invite 65 people to her bridal shower, which we believe is a little excessive. She also picked out strapless A-line dresses for her bridesmaids (one girl is 250 lbs, two will be breastfeeding, and one is pushing 50 with very saggy breasts) and wouldn't hear of considering something with straps to help us feel better. I know it is her special day, BUT....Is she being pretty selfish, or am I just pregnant and hormonal?

Ok I asked one of my friends recently if I could practice kissing on him. Of course he said "NO!" Well umm he said never to bring that up again. My Granny died last night. She raised me as a child and was basically my mother. I loved her so much. My heart is broken. I feel very strongly about wearing black to mourn for her, but what is the respectable amount of time to dress in black? I know I sound unfair but two of my good friends are getting married soon at a very young age. One is 19 and the other is 18. I am 19 and I feel very jelous in a way that everyone but me gets to find their true love to marry with. All of my brothers have girlfriends, my best friend is in a very strong bonded relationship, and all the rest of the people I know except me.

I have had a hard last couple of years parents getting a dicorce and dealing with multiple suicide attempts now i feel I am in the same situation that nearly cost me my life 3 months ago. I’m graduating high school this year. I have had a lot of really bad experiences that I would like to forget. My question is…I’m curious to know if the way I am acting is normal because I’m a bit concerned for myself. I know that might sound strange but…I’ve pretty much cut off communication with a lot of my friends. The only people I really talk to now are my friends that are going to be attending the same college as me. Sadly enough many of them don’t attend the same high school as me. I’ve deleted a lot of friend’s phone numbers because I feel if my friends want to see me they will call me. I don’t know why I am acting the way I am it’s really unintentional but I’m curious to know if this is a normal thing that everyone goes through just cutting off communication with friends and not talking to them.
