How many people do you know that have discontinued contact with their parents after moving out? That's what I plan to do. And how much money does the average parent(s) spend on their child from birth to 18 years? I'd like to know so that I can reimburse them in cash, then we can be even.

Well, when you were born they probably paid about $8000 to the hospital. plus, pain and suffering to your mother. Diapers are about .25 each at 8 a day times at least 2 years, plus compensation for changing you when you were stinky, then a potty chair. Don't forget swing, car seat, bed and bedding, clothes, food, toys, entertainment, shelter, transportation (gas, insurance, and the car they bought so you would be safe), allowance, school supplies, after school activities, school photos, class ring, prom clothes, graduation supplies. Also, if they have bought you a car and the insurance, you should include that, too. Plus, compensation for putting up with your spoiled and bratty self. I'm thinking about $150,000 should do it.

You do not owe your parents any money all you owe your parents is love. You did not ask to be born your parents brought you into the world. Why pay them? I think there is several ways your parents could have made their mind up if they did not want you as a child. I would move out that is your right! I also would disconnect with my parents if I wanted to.
This may benefit the both of you. You would not know their business, and they would not know your business.

You seem mad you shouldn't hate your parents and the cost from you were a baby untill 18 depends on how you were brought up if your parents were rich and they lavished you with all kinds of things if they were middle class and they bought you Nikes, and dressed you in designer clothes or if you were poor and barely had anything so you see it depends on average cost over 100,000 dollarrs.

You're very angry there for something....things will change when you do move out....when you grow up, you'll realise that life isn't always as it looks....just remember this......it's accepted that we all, whether as parents or not, make our own mistakes in life, that's how we all finally learn that life as I've already said isn't always as it looks....but we should NEVER make the mistakes our parents made.....now that's just plain bloody silly......

Trust me honey....if you go on to have children, at some point in their lives on some off day when they can't get their own way they will feel as though you have everything against them....they will albeit temporary...blame you for something in their life...;......& then they'll grow up....

LOL that's funny! looks like your a little stemmed well don't worry you are young apparently you will get over it and finally realize that even thought parents mess up, like kids do that it doesn't mean they don't love you with all there heart.
