and you let him go first and he said I just asked this girl out from the next town over and she said yes! then he said what did you want to tell me? And you stood there saying Congradulations! Oh, umm never mind. Because you were going to ask him out but then he found out that you were going to ask him out... what would you do?
Also, this kid at school is weird, but hey we all are in our own way, and he follows me around school, he followed me half way around the school today to my locker! What would you do, I am NOT interested at all in him and I heard he was telling people that i shoved him my breasts when I haven't, the worst part is is that he lives across the street from me!
What would you do in both of these situations, please, guys and girls perspectives please :-)

he is obviously stalking you so talk to his parents because you must know them if they live across the street.
