I AM AN INDIAN CITIZEN. BOUGHT A PROPERTY IN THE NAME OF MY FATHER, BEING A HEAD OF THE FAMILY AND OUT OF AFFECTION OVER HIM. MY FATHER (DONOR) SETTLED THE PROPERTY IN MY MINOR SON's NAME (DONOR's GRAND SON) BY EXECUTING A REGISTERED GIFT DEED APPOINTING MINOR's FATHER AS GUARDIAN AND MENTIONING THAT THE PROPERTY WAS PURCHASED BY USING YOUR (MINOR) FATHER's (DONOR's SON) MONEY. AFTER THAT HE PASSED AWAY. DONOR HAD SOME DEBT AND HAS NO OTHER PROPERTY LEFT IN DONOR's NAME.
THE QUESTION (1) CAN A MINOR PROPERTY BE ATTACHED? AND
(2) CAN THEY SUE ME?

A sibling has harbored intense hatred and jealousy against me for many years and has acted on it in many ways that are very hurtful to me. This sibling's incessant defamation has resulted in very heavy losses of family in that I am no longer included in any family events. Where there is an overlap of membership in groups such as church this sibling relentlessly spreads negative information about me. I am put at a distinct disadvantage because people snub, ignore, look askance and I don't know the reason. How would you handle this?

This guy I have been friends with, stopped being my friend about 9 months ago. He knew I liked him, but i finnally told him that I did. I've been trying to get him to talk to me, but he only talks to me on email, which sometimes he ignores. I'm completely heartbroken, and have tried to move on. Its NOT WORKING!! I've apologized...and tried everything. I dont even know why he started hating me. He liked me back and I knew that too. But now he talks to this other girl,and is sort of "popular" and he always puts my friends down. I hate that and I confront him about it but he denys it. How can I get him to a) Shut the Hell up and B) Talk to me in public or private in person again?

I've never had a boyfriend so i've just decided im ugly or something... because guys never flirt with me and no guy has ever showed any interest in me at all.. that i noticed... my friends say i miss alot... so im all resigned to being ugly and all... and i hear that someone said "she wouldn't go out with me! im not good enough" talkinga bout me.....

i am in 7th grade, and all my friends claim "you are one of the skinniest of all of us in this class!" they're probably right, but the way i see it, i look fat. I'm 5feet 4 inches and i weigh 98 pounds. and still, i think im fat and need to lose weight! i wanna get over this, but cant. [no, i AM NOT anorexic or bulimic]. and i can tell my best friend gets really annoyed at me that i think im fat because she is overweight. i need to fix my problem!!!!!

Ok..this is confusing! My fiance and I have been together for 9 years. We are finally getting married. We had it all planned out to go out of town and have a small wedding with our families there. We thought it would also be a mini vacation for all of us, as well. I have a huge very close wedding, he has a much smaller family than I. His dad has diabetes and had a problem to where he wouldn't be able to travel. We really wanted to get married on St. Patricks Day (that's when we met). So..now a week away and we have no clue what to do. we had to cancel plans and just have to get a judge to marry us. The question is what to do afterwards. Should we just go out to eat afterwards or have a little party at my aunts house where we buy steaks and lobster on the grill. We just don't want it cheesy. Our time is running out and we are so confused. What would be better a little party like thing or just go out to eat?

Ok I have been with my boyfriend for 5 months now and we only have been having sex for two months. I recently read this novel and in it the woman tied up her boyfriend and I thought it sounded like so much fun. But I don't know how to go about getting him to. He isn't that adventurous well not with his own body. I could see him saying ok to tying me up but the other way around i think he would try and act like i was only kidding with him. but i really want to.

So I have my first date scheduled with this girl for sunday.
And since it is Friday today, we have volleyball together.
So Wehn she came there, I gave her a kiss on the ckeek and when she was leaving we hugged and I kissed her. (She liked it)


Now I know this girl is totally into me.


My question: Why didn't she kiss me back? Is that common/alright?

My boyfriend isn't originally from the US, I am. I'm not insanely patriotic at all, but my boyfriend has been talking really insultingly about the USA lately.. I never really cared, but it seems/feels like he is getting personal with it. Now when he is talking about the USA, he says it like "you people," and stuff like that.

We have been married 4 almost 3 yrs, we have had lots of problems, seperations, domestic violence (on his part) and things like that, and a few weeks ago we got into an argument, I asked him did he want a divorce, and he said he didnt know, and he asked me, I said 50/50. We lack communication, and I was willing to go to marriage counceling, but he was not. We have 2 children, and I am having a hard time dealing with this, when I tell him I am done, it's over he says, no he has no where to go, or he can't afford to pay me child support and pay rent and utilities, and all...I often wonder if I am not just wasting my time. I wonder if maybe he doesnt want to be with me either. I need as much advice as possible. We have been married almost 3 yrs, but we have been together for almost 8 yrs. It has not been pleasent either. Please give honest advice, this is very serious. Thank You!!!!

My spouse has four sisters and one of them has three children..all different dads..She does not know who the father is of her oldest,The second one lives with his dad in not so stable conditions and the 3rd ones father is in the picture. She is going after the dad of the youngest for child support but doesnt pay child support for the one that lives with the father(which could really use that money considering where they are living) ..that is so not fair, why is it when women have a kid everyone thinks itis right for the man to pay but when it's the man that has the kid it is not expected for the woman to pay? This past summer is where she left her son to live with his father in a grungy hotel bar with no stove no fridge and they also rely on soup kitchens to eat most of the time, just to move outta town so she could be with a man, She's jealous that her son that she left behind comes to our place 1 weekend of every month to spend time with us Now she quit calling him because of that..

we have a mexican girl 23 years old that has been working for us for the past year. she speaks no english at all. she works 11 hours a day and is the only mexican there along with my mom and cousin. i try to converse with her to keep her from being bored but conversation is somewhat difficult. i know some spanish because i took 3 years in high school. we had some decent conversations before and i try to talk to her everyday. she only speaks when i talk to her and never talks to me. if i dont speak to her the whole day she will not talk to me. she is not a shy person. when i stand next to her it feels awkard like she is uncomfortable when im close. should i just stop trying to speak to her.

kk......well my GF was cheated on by her "first love" after they went out for a yr.....4 months later, she found me......we've been goin out for 4 months and its been amazing...at first she said she still had feelings for her ex but then she decided it was time to move on and commit to me....she gave me her email pw awhile back but i never checked it till today...she has a folder called "special" ...and in it is all the emails she got from him.....is this normal?? or should she have deleted them if she was really 100% over him??

My daughter is getting married end of 2008,we have £10,1000 of a buget.Do you think it will pay for the venue for 80guests ,8 attendants consisting of 2 page boys ,3 flower girls,and 3 bridesmaids.My daughter is buying her own dress,We want the venue to be somewhere nice eg THE ORANGERY in Margam South Wales .THAT IS ONLY ONE EXAMPLE.The cost of invatations and hymn sheets,The Chapel,hiring a Male voice choir,hiring coaches to and from the Chapel ,and back to the venue,the cake(nothing to elaborate)buing favours,flowers for the Chapel,and the venue Clothes for me and hiring a suit for my husband.Thats all i can think of now ,thanks in advance.

Ok I'll try to make it short even though it's a long story. My ex-boyfriend dumped me one year ago & we only dated for shotr while. We never had sex cz he knew I'm saving myself for marriage. He would still contact me on msn even though HE ended it. 2 months ago he called me & planned a whole thing, a movie. Two days later he picked me up, we saw the movie, then he drove me home. I asked him why he wanted to see me after all this time, he said "I wanna see u every once in awhile". I felt like the date was rushed so when i got home, I went on msn & said bye forever to him, he said sorry but I logged out. I went on msn a week later to apologize & he seemed very happy & fine & said he wasn't mad at all. Then he went on a trip. When he came back, i asked him on msn how it was. Then 2 weeks ago I said hi to him again. He hasn't said hi to me on msn since out li' meetup.Is he ignoring me & did I scare him off? What's going through his mind now? He's 26 while I'm 21.

Is not that I don't love my family. I love my family greatly. I just love my gf more. We've only been dating 5 months and I asked her 1 month ago to marry me. I love her greatly.
