My spouse has four sisters and one of them has three children..all different dads..She does not know who the father is of her oldest,The second one lives with his dad in not so stable conditions and the 3rd ones father is in the picture. She is going after the dad of the youngest for child support but doesnt pay child support for the one that lives with the father(which could really use that money considering where they are living) ..that is so not fair, why is it when women have a kid everyone thinks itis right for the man to pay but when it's the man that has the kid it is not expected for the woman to pay? This past summer is where she left her son to live with his father in a grungy hotel bar with no stove no fridge and they also rely on soup kitchens to eat most of the time, just to move outta town so she could be with a man, She's jealous that her son that she left behind comes to our place 1 weekend of every month to spend time with us Now she quit calling him because of that..

Dont get me wrong...I totally blame the father for letting his son in those conditions but she knew where he was living before she gave him back to him, I dont see how any mom could let her son live in a place like that and move outta the city. The only thing that broke her heart was that she wasnt getting c as much child tax anymore(like 250$ per child every month) Is there anything wrong with this picture? You tell me...Fit or Unfit???

there are so many things wrong with this picture
she is an unfit mother for many reasons first she dumped her kid and is doing nothing to help care for it and has no contact with this child
the father is unfit for not getting a job and taking care of the child and letting it live that way
why have you not takin custody of this child ?

It sounds to me that she has a lot of problems and that it is a little more than just being fit or unfit. Please don't classify every mother that do not have physical custody of her kids as not having to pay child support, most do have to pay, but that would be up to the child's father to pursue that.
I would suggest that if you know this child is living in deplore able conditions and you can provide him with a safe stable hone that you take the child's father and mother to court and receive custody of him. Some one needs to protect this child.

Unfit is an understatement. I would call this woman a candidate for the "clipper". She hopefully isn't having any more kids and if she does, someone needs to step in and put that child in a stable, loving environment. BIRTH CONTROL! Man, doesn't anyone now what that is anymore. I'm sorry, this irritates me and I am just sick of women having kid after kid and can't take care of them or leaving them for someone else to take care of! Children aren't dogs or cats, you can't just have them and leave them somewhere and hope they have a good life. Someone needs to give this woman a harsh reality check! Good luck with this situation!

Thats just the way life is there are a lot more dead beat dad then there are dead beat moms so when its the guy who needs help caring for a child without support they expect him to be able to provide because he is a man. Im not saying it's right but in most societys women are seen as defenseless and in need of caring for while men are seen as the providers.

She sounds totally unfit. All of her children should be taken away from her. You should call Child Protective Services for her son before something bad happens to him. Even if his father treats him well, he could get sick/disease from living where he is.

I'm not sure exactly what your question is...but sure sounds like she made some very poor decisions that are now causing havoc with her children's well being...a real winner she is...thank God my kid doesn't have to deal with that kind of crap due to mismanagement of life on his parents part....I feel for the kids.

Oh geez, I cannot even answer this because it really hurts me to think of people treating their kids like that.......I'm sorry for the kids. Good thing they have you tho!
