wait longer than 3 weeks... you probably don't actually love him yet... and when you actually love him, it won't be hard to say at all, it'll just come out all the time..

Wait a bit longer, and the right opportunity will come. My boyfriend and I only corresponded via email for a month before we met in person -- he later told me that he knew he was falling in love with me then, but the time wasn't right to say so at that time. Believe me, when we finally said it, it was perfect.
I recall that my ex told me, very ceremoniously, that he loved me after only two weeks. It turned out that it wasn't true (although he may have wished that it was). Trust me: if it's real, you have plenty of time to find the right moment.

3 weeks is preety soon, unless u and him have liked each other for a while before u went out. I would wait a little longer until your positive that u do

well if thats whats on your mind and if he is for u like respects u for u then he will probably say it back i mean because it is early to be saying i love u but if thats what u feel tell him because u never know he might love u as much as u love him

tell him you love him when you are sure that you really love him..cause "i love you" is thrown around a lot and after 3 weeks of going out...well that's too early...so give it some time and let your feelings progress

start saying it when u mean it...its gunna take a while especially if u've never felt true love, but id say in 4 months u'll be close to love if u have true feelings for him....
