I meet someone new and after 10 min. when I found out where she comes, what she does, why is she there, so on... I really can't come up with something that would break the ice or get us somewhere... it's getting annoying, because I lost some pretty ladies that way. I'm not a smooth talker neither a small talker.

Last weekend I went to my hometown (5 hours away) I spent the weekend at my friends house which has 2 male roommates. We drank alot and had so much fun. 2 of them went to bed and it left me and one of the roommates alone. We watched tv, talked and the next thing his hand was on my leg and we ended up having great sex. I was supposed to leave the next day but ended up staying another night. Again we drank alot and had awesome sex! I woke up in the morning with him sleeping next to me and when I got up he grabbed my arm and asked if I was leaving. I was going to warm up my car. When I was ready to leave he walked me to the door no kiss hug or anything just a drive safe. He has asked my friend if I enjoyed myself this last weekend, neither of us got th eothers number. He is moving a hour away from me next month. I really like him and he has a great personality. How do I know what he wants? Wouldn't he have said something? I am going back up over St Patty's Day...do I wait or say something

i had a guy associate of mine tell me he liked me(romantically) but yet he is always saying or doing something stupid that upsets me and makes me angry and i cant understand why when he knows i have a short temper!im starting to think he does these things purposely because his immaturity is through the roof.so how can he like me? and what could his purpose have been to say it?

u kno im a senior in high school and last year i was in singapore because during the end of my sophmore year i have made some mistakes and lost most of my friends and i wasnt going out during the weekends or half of the summer break because my best friends were going out with someone or were not allowed out so i stayed home for a few months and thats why i left with my mother to another country, but now i am back because i missed america and my old friends, but now i still feel ashamed of me making that mistake but most of all staying home for a few months. i just dont know if i should still think about my past....

like we have been going out for almost 8 months and she wants a break. Last yr, my best friend married. Small wedding, 2 bridesmaids & 2 groomsmen. I was Matron of Honor & our other best friend was Maid of Honor (Md of H). At rehearsal, I was assigned to stand next to the bride. In privacy, I asked the bride if she was OK w/ the placements of her friends. To make sure it was how she wanted it. She said yes. (My husband is the Groom's best man & stood next to the groom). The Md of H got jealous & the next day just hrs B4 the wedding the bride told me that the Md of H was upset that she was not standing next to her. The bride asked me to step down from my position. I was extremely upset, but carried on with all my duties w/ a smile. The Md of H never spoke to me again. I waited 2 mos. after the wedding to let the bride know I was upset. Almost 1 yr later, she is mad at me and says I dont care about her. I have tried to repair the friendship with no success. How do I let our other friends know we are no longer friends w/o causing more probs?

we were always callin on eachother, making sure we're aiite.
but when i told him i had a crush on him, it started getting awkward. we barely call eachother anymore.

let's say a guy that you like calls you when hes drunk with his friends, but his friends are the ones that call you from his phone. then the guy you like comes on the phone and says im so sorry, my friends were calling all the girls in my phone

does it really mean they were or is it a cover up so it doesnt look like he was just calling you?

I have two daughters now through growing up these two fight like cats and dogs. Gave a very bad time. Very unruly young ladies. Oh by the way I was a single mom raising them. Any way the one who is getting married is having a shower and wants her sister to be there. The sister who is to be invited said some rude things about her and has nothing to do with her. But being mom and wanting her children to make mends and for everyone to get together and get along and lets be a family. But somehow things have gotten turned around and they my daughters have ganged up on me. I am confused over this so some harsh words have been said has put me in anger and told them how disrespectful they had always been to me and to each other. I turned to be ugly. Now we are not speaking to each other and I am not sure about giving this shower after making invites and making these calls. I am trying to understand what has happened. I've heard that some people act this way because they think that the other is better than them and they don't want them to realize it? Like they have to beat the other down to prop themselves up? Have you ever done this or know of cases like this? Is this true or is it just that people really think you're worthless?
My exboyfriend would put me down a lot, and insult me, but defend himself saying that it was the truth. He said nice things about the way i look, and then later he would tell me i'm ugly, and very specific about why. Sometimes he said he didn't tell me how much he liked me because i would be all cocky about it. But i know i don't look anything like his 'ideal' woman. I just didn't know what to believe anymore.

I'm not able to move, travel or spread my wings coz these old morons would die out for all I know which one day they will definitely for sure (but before that I'm gonna be dead seeing my ambitions and dreams dying before my own eyes), something my conscience prevents me - I can't even think of being in a relationship coz these sods are two mouths to feed already.

Seriously if someone were to kill the both of them and take the blame, I wouldn't be sitting on Yahoo Answers but be the next Bill Gates or something.

i am 15 years old. my mother is one of the most ignorant influences in my life, and she will never change.She never has anything positive to say about me and she is ignorant to many things in my life. There is a very high chance that i can make it very far in track and field, i have been selected to go to europe for a championship, and flat out she tells i cannot go. She has no knowledge of the event, and she doesnt want to know. So i called her ignorant. Ignorant does not mean stupid, it means not knowing about something, and in my mom's case she has no intent of knowing. It is the same thing for any problem, my mom knows nothing about a subject, but she thinks she can make an insightful decision about everything. How can you make a decision or form an opinion on something you have no idea about? i tell her she's not very supportive of me, and she is never happy with my accomplishments. this applies to school too its always why couldnt you do better? looking out for my best interests?

i have been with a guy for 1 years and 9 months, but lately all we do is have sex, and we dont go no where like the movies, or out to eat any more, i have never met his mothers or his kids we dont stay togather but he has a key to my house and he has stuff of my house. i have met some of his friends and he sisters and brothers. if ask me to help on out as far as money , i help and dnt even ask for it back, but if he do somthing for me he will hassrass me untill he get it back.
