we were always callin on eachother, making sure we're aiite.
but when i told him i had a crush on him, it started getting awkward. we barely call eachother anymore.
and yeah. he told me he's not ready for a realationship
and i said its aiite, we can still be friends.
but now, its like we're barely friends.

It's awkward for him. He is probably sad for you because he sort of rejected you. I think you should get over your feelings for him if you want the friendship back.
