I met this girl a while ago, she was cousins with a friend of mine. Right off the bat we were together. But the problem was that she lived/lives far away from me, so the relationship didn't last. But she was absolutely amazing. I don't know how else to describe it, she just was. I never thought I'd meet a girl like her, and when I did, I was ecstatic, hence trying to make it work. But, distance took its toll on us, and we had to stop trying to see each other because it was too hard to keep up.
Now, some time later, I find myself kind of unable to really feel the same way again, or even get into a relationship at all without comparing the new girl to the one from before. I'm not sweating it, I know I can't be with her and it sucks, but whatever I'm dealing and moving on. But, I still compare women to her, and it sucks because these are great girls on their own and don't deserve to be compared to someone they...
