No, I have natural light blonde hair and the carpet is darker. It depends on the person, some people's matches and some don't. Pubic, eyebrows, or other body hair can be all different colors no matter what color the hair on your head is. My boyfriend is a redhead with blonde eyebrows, people have all sorts of combinations.

I don't quite understand your questions.
If you're asking is it true that any hair colors matches the colors of the carpet and drapes then the answer is no necessarily. Perhaps you may want to rewrite your questions to gardner more answers.
