If youre married and its not illegal, then by all means youre legally married. Now if youre asking if you were of legal age or had a wedding performed by someone who is legally authorized to perform a wedding is another question and since you didnt ask those questions and since I can only volunteer information to questions asked, I guess youre out of luck. Also did you get any kind of license after the ceremony to say youre now married?

If the license was bought and the marriage cetificate filed with the court by the person leaglly allowed to perform the rites, yes.

If you received a marriage certificate (your name and your spouses name) and it's signed, dated and stamped by the courts.

Then yes.

If you just had a ceremony with no paper work?

Then no.
