I lost my grandmother in Nov of 2005, my dog which i had for over 13 yrs in Jan of 2006 & my father in Sept 2006 after his long 2 yr struggle with brain cancer/tumors. 3 deaths within 1 yr in 1 household! It hurts a lot & I miss them all! When does that emptiness or pain in your heart go away? Well it get any easier?

Dad is supposed to take both his sons every second wkend.
He won't take him along anymore because he (3 years old) breaks his heart (?)... more specifically to control me.

I do not want to lie to my son but also, I don't want him to get hurt and feel rejected. What should I tell him?

for spring break my boyfriend and I are planning on going out of town so i can meet his friends ( he moved here last summer). I know that probably a few of the nights we are going to stay at his grandmas house or his brothers and a few friends house but for one night we were talking about going camping if weather permits. We have not been intimate yet and have been seriously wanting to. Just the right time hasnt come up yet. Any one have anythoughts on what we should do or fun ideas?

I met this amazingly beautiful girl at a dance on Wenesday night and we made small talk. We couldnt really hear each other and we kept repeating what we said to each other. I asked her ifshe wanted to grab a cup of coffe or something sometime and she said she couldnt cause she was sick. But before I left I asked her for her number and she gave it to me and I called her back so she could have my number.
Then friday afternoon I called her and left a message to ask if she would like to hang out. But haven't heard back from her yet. Was there somthing I shoulda said or do? I'm not the suave type of guy. The conversation wasnt like the "omg, we totally clicked" chick-flick-conversation, but it was still nice and I would love to see her again. What should I do?

We're planning on having a very relaxed wedding in the Virgin Islands, and really weren't planning on having a traditional bridal party (many reasons) I am still hopeful we will have a shower, but I don't know who would throw such a thing. Has our decision to forgo having a bridal party also nixed our chances of having a shower?

I borrowed my best friend (at the time) a substantial amount of money almost 2 years ago. I have been very patient as I knew her financial situation had taken a turn for the worse. She told me she'd start paying me back as soon as she could, which was over a year ago, and that I was her top priority. Being so close, I never questioned it. However, any time I would ask for some sort of status or payment, I was ignored or given false promises. As you can guess, I was stressed and angry and stopped calling and seeing her. She moved away and felt as if she was deserting me and her debt.How can someone do that? I wen tout of my way to help her and now I get the silent treatment. I know she's low on money, but at least some sort of commitment...anything!

I finally heard from her yesterday and has said she is financially ok now and wants to talk and get it resolved. Also, she's hoping we can still rekindle our friendship as she's missed what we had.

I don't trust her.

....covering your trail, what steps would you take to stop them? Would you be agressive, take legal action, or something else? Personally, I have tried alot of different things in many directions, nothing works. I really am a busy person and don't have time to waste on this fool and his friends. Sometimes I wish I had a vaporizor I could point at him and his henchmen like something out of that stupid 1960's Batman Show, and then just sweep them all up in the dustpan and label an old coffee can "Somebody Else's Problem Now" and send it to the city dump.

I've been working with him for 6 years and I've helped improve-expand and modernize the business. I have very well proven that I'm capable of running it on my own. I am looking for a girl who was born on Feb. 27, 1990 at Athens Regional Hospital in Athens GA. She was 5lbs 2oz and 17 3/4 in long at birth. She would be 17 today. My brother got into medical school but he failed his secound year and now hes in buisines insted. My parents got very upset of course because he had wasted to years of his life and have cost them alot of money not to metion the embarssment.
Im a junior in high school, and my parents are very freaked out thinking that im gona turn out exactly like him simply because we get along very well and we always spend time together. My mom says that i get an attitude when im with him because i want to idolise him so now she doesnt want me to spend time with him and when i do she gets upset and starts to complain.
I love my brother so much and he is my best friend and the truth is iv always had an attitude even when im not with him but i also now whats best for my future and i study more then he does but my parent dont seem to notice that but insted they doubt me, and threaten me that if i dont get perfect grades that their not even thinking of getting me into college. what should i do???

My husband had drank 1/3 bottle of Scotch. My younger sister was visiting, and when I stepped outside the back door, onto the deck, he was standing there with his dick in his hands and had asked her "do you want some of this?" I went into a rage, threw his Scotch across the yard and he had a look of blankness about him. The next morning, he didn't remember a thing. When I told him, he was humiliated. He aplogized to me and my sister. I don't want to be stupid, but I do sorta believe hime. I mean, I've been in black outs. He has since stopped drinking Scotch, but for all of you out there, was I stupid to forgive him? This was four months ago and he gives me no other reasons, EVER, not to trust him. What is everyone's semi-professional opinions on this? And no, I don't bring it up anymore, but I'm just curious on everyone else's take on this.
