my daughters friend is marring a guy from italy that has a job here and wants to aviod having to leave i would like to give my daughter a good argument to try and talk her out of it

One it's illegal. Two it's immoral. And does she not hope to someday have a real marriage? If I were to find out a woman I was considering a relationship with had done something like this, it would give me great pause to think she had that much disrespect for marriage.

Hey as long as they dont get caught cause you know if the INS does find out they are not really married for the real reason..it coulkd mean trouble for both of them...
