hi guyz.....i hav a very peculiar habit which i think i should share with u all...... im a 19 yr old indian girl...my vital stats is 34-28-34....... i hav a wheatish complextion ( much of an indian colour) my height is 5'7" but the problem is that i sometimes feel like i look very beautifull but at some other times i think that i look like an ugly duckling ...!!!!! this confusion is efecting my confidence level... & i tend to get consious abt my looks all the times......plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz advice...

iam 32 i just got married in may of last year. my husband and
i just bought a home so we finally moved into our new house early
last week. before i was staying at home with my parents until
we got our home. my mom did not want my husband to move
into her house with me (his wife) and his mother did not want
me to move into her house with him. my mother has not
congradulated me on getting married, when i first go my ingagement ring she never said it was prettey not even nice,
she is always asking me questions about what time my husband
gets off of work. she gave me no wedding present and everytime
she talks to me it something negitive about my husband but it starts of as how dirty and no good men are and how they will
cheat on you and how i should not depend on my husband and
tell him everything and why do i have to listen to him and all
that stuff. but i should just jump and listen to her and go against
my husband. iam tired of listing to her about my husband! what is it?

My fiancee and i decided on a date for next summer, but lately she's thinking of eloping. I'm all for it, it'd be fun, romantic and intimate; she's more worried about excluding her family. he grabs my side, he hugs me and rubs my back, tried to kiss me, massaged my shoulders...i try not to notice him but he does this to me i dont do it to him...

My 15 years old daughter has been very oppositional since childhood. When whe was 2, I put her in time-out, when the time-out was up I told her she could come off the steps. She said "I don't want to" and she continued to sit on the time-out stairs. Thus began the stuggle for control.
Now as a teenager if I ask her to do things, i.e. dishes, pick up clothes, she usually refuses though occationally she will cooperate. We used to be close, loving, and I thought she would eventually grow up and be less selfish and stubborn. Wrong.
She is now refusing to get up and go to school. She is too old and strong to drag her out of bed and dress her. We've taken away TV, ipod, computer use, going out. She refuses to talk to a couselor/therapist. I've tried to be nice, tried to joke with her, tried to reason, yelled, nothing seems to work. She is now laying in bed, draws in her book and is driving me crazy.
I need help and advice, I find it harder every day to love her.

I am a 23 year old man and my grandfather is 87. I have been helping him since his illness in november, and for 4 months ive been walking to his house everyday and bringing him groceries, newspaper, medicine when he needs it, and spending about an hour with him everyday. i am not doing this for money but to help my grandfather. However, I do not have a job, and I could really use some money. I would like it if i could ask him for some money, either $100 weekly, or a lump sum of $5,000. He owns many stocks, and has about $500,000. Am I out of line, or should i be comfortable asking him for the money? If I can ask him, how should I go about doing it ? What should I say ? Thanks.

I don't know what to do. The past two days I've been really stressed out. Me and my boyfriend have been together for 5months and he treats me so good. But I've been feeling real insecure. A month ago he cheated with his ex and they kissed. He told me right after he did it and cried and said he was sorry. We broke up for about a week. I love him so much and I haven't felt this way for a guy for a while. I'm not sure why I have such ideas as him cheating. We call each other every hour he always says he loves me and is always home. His best friends told me that it was just a mistake and that it won't happen again. He told me he wouldn't speak to her and I don't know I kind of believe him but then again I don't. What should I do about my insecurity issues and can I trust him?

My father passed away suddenly on February 10th after battling with stroke for 7 years. I brought my father up from the state where we lived for 12 years because I wanted him to be closer to me, his only daughter. My family wasn't going to visit him check on him or anything. He had been living in an assisted living facility with no visits for almost 3 years when I went down to get him to bring him up here closer to where I live so that I could visit with him several times a week. His death has hurt me very much but I am happy that we did get to spend the last 8 months of his life together.
Now my relatives back home are being critical of the way I handled his final arrangements. There was no life insurance policy so I had to take out a $4000 persoanl loan. I wanted to have him buried in NY beside my mother but was financially unable to afford this. So in the end I wound up buring him here in the state where I live now. Was I wrong for the way I handled it? Serious advice!

There is this kid a year older then me in my school. He somehow got my number from one of my friends and he keeps calling me constantly.
