I know how this feels. What you should do is go up to him and just be casual about it and say that you are moving. If he likes you he should actually seemed concerned and not just "ok i dont care" then talk to him for a while and see if he would like to call you and eamil you and stuff. once you get a relationship with him tell him that you have always liked him and he will confess his love to you, jk. hope this works.

Tell him!!!!! ASK HIM OUT, what do you have to lose. If he says no then who cares....hes moving away. BUT if he says yes you could have a whole new life and he may be THE ONE! It never hurts to ask. Especially this day and age, girls can ask guys out. I think its silly to think that you have to wait for the guy to ask you out. You will have these question on your mind for the rest of your life! What if you never ask him? What if hes the one?
ASK HIM OUT! :o)

if you're not actually dating then don't worry about it... it may seem hard at first but give it time and you'll get over him. if you are dating then things are more complicated, if what you've both got is true love then i'm sure you can both work something out - if not then i guess it was never meant to be!
