Ok, I have a younger brother and no other siblings(he's not that much younger, so he's perfectly capable of being stronger than me). And of course I'm the stronger one (btw I'm a chick), so my parents r always talking about making him strenghten his muscles or w/e, but the never make him do ANYTHING!! Seriously I have 2 do everything 4 my family, I mean everything they r so lucky I'm a good kid.I cook, clean, do work around the farm, w/e else they want me to do, and on top of all that I've got my homework to do. And they wonder y my grades r slowly but surely dropping. Last year, I was #2 in my class out of 112 and this year it's dropping gradually, most likely b-cuz of all the stress they keep putting on me. They have me do everything and my dad doesn't even trust me he's always hanging over my shoulder and if he knew I had a yahoo account he'd probably rip my head off (literally).Last week I had to do my brothers homework like all week, not even joking. And the week before that his grades had dropped to like C's and D's and I got in trouble for it, and he got detention b-cuz his homework wasn't done so it was my fault, that's y I had to do his homework.I mean come on that is an effing outrage! Yesterday my mom told me she hated me, later she acted like none of that even happened. Just like the other time, she said, "You have no feelings, you have no heart you little witch." and then she didn't even "remember" that she had said that.I'm pretty much invisible to this family unless they need me 2 do something of course. My dad tells me I'm the laziest person in the family and I'm stupid because I can't fricking see the future or w/e. And what's worse is I don't have anyone I can talk to about it, seeing as everyone in this household tells me they hate me. Music is all I have in this world, I'm invisible to the world. I would probably cry myself to sleep every nite if i wasn't so optimistic, instead of crying I have FOB singing me to sleep every nite. It's just not fair, yeah I know life isn't fair blah, blah, blah. But come on.I know there are other people in the world besides me that have to put up with this B.S. Any of those people happen to be any of you guys? Or is there just something wrong with me?

One boy acts nice to me when he isnt around friends and is so obnoxious when his best friend is around. the other boy isnt as cute as the first boy but he is always nice to me and cares for me anywhere. So i have this friend who i've been talking to for a while now and we both like each other, we both have told each other how we feel about each other and we both agree that we want a relationship together. Here's the but. Everytime i call her or txt her she never answers or returns my txts and phonecalls. It's as if i'm putting in all the effort and she's not putting any in. I've been having some trouble kickstarting the relationship with her. Again it seems i'm doing all the trying and she puts in whenever she wants which is hardly ever. I really like her but i have no idea what the hell to do. I'm really patient but should i continue trying or just give up? What would you do.

I'm living with this guy right now. We are roommates but we used to date each other. We've been living together for a long time but I don't know what to do anymore. He has threatened my cat on many occasions when she has gotten sick. There was a huge blow out and it seemed to get better for a while but it is sliding again. He attacks my skills as a parent (my son is not his) and secong guesses my judgements. He screams and yells at the cat and me. He tried to throw her out of the house and into the snow tonight. I'm not scared he will hurt me physically - but I feel like living like this is ripping me apart. I am worried about up and leaving because of my son's school. He loves his school, and where will I go? I'm afraid to leave my cat alone with him when I go to work. I don't know what to do. I want my son to be able to stay in his school but I know I can't afford anything around here on my own. Please help, are there some options I don't know about? I'm so lost.

I'm in college (19 years old). I keep hearing from girls how much they value guys' personalities. However, when I look around, it's the bad boys who get the girls. I have confidence in the things I do and I talk to girls I like but I just get the same thing from every one of them. I listen to what the girls say too because I actually value their opinions. Some of my female friends even have called me "sweet." But the girls I like don't seem to care (some have even told me to get lost, even before I open my mouth). I'm not an attractive guy and am very "poorly endowed" (3 in, if it matters, but I'm comfortable with that). Do girls really care about personality or are looks and reputation all that matter?

Anyway, I'm giving up on trying to find a girl cause I don't want to deal with this any more. I'm going to focus on my friends and my education/career and to hell if I never marry or die a virgin or whatever it is people think is so bad.

First off, let me say I'm 17..so please try and answer maturely. I've liked this guy in my school for about 3 years now. We used to talk but stopped after our classes together ended. This year, we're in classes together..and I started to talk to him online. He replied with things like "why haven't we talked in so long?" "Do we really need some grumpy old teacher to bring us together?" During class, he'll call my name quietly and then pretend to be working when I look over at him. His friends once commented "Oh..he's just got this little smile on his face" and they teased him for a bit.

The thing is, he's very popular and I'm not sure if he was just trying to be nice or if he actually has feelings for me. Lately, I've been the one having to initiate conversations online..and when he does talk, it's not as flirty as it used to be. Do you think maybe he's lost interest?

If so..do you have any advice on how to tell his feelings other than asking him? I'm incredibly shy. :(

me and my wonderful boyfriend have been going out for over 3 months now..we are freshman in high school..we were best friends 2 years before we started going out..we have done things but we agreed that we will not have sex of any kind until at least we are 17 or 18 if not more..i am perfectly happy right now but some people have said we are moving too fast..i do not think so because i have known him for 3 years now and i am really comfortable around him..hes an amazing boyfriend and said if im ever uncomfortable with anything i can just say so and he will stop..and we said we loved each other about a month ago..are we moving too fast? thanks in advance =]

i'm in university and having a small party in my tiny apartment. I've never had a party before so I'm a bit nervous. I got chips and alcohol, a few movies, satalite TV, an electric drum kit (can't really play that it's too noisy at night), music and a nintendo wii. Is there anything else I need to entertain people? I'd like to have a backup plan in case things start to get dull. Should I get any more food.

I can't make too much noise in my apartment but it's not like I have to whisper past 8.

Scenario:
2.5 years ago, his father left his mother. About a year (more or less) later, his dad moved to America & married another woman. His father his moved on, he has moved on, his siblings have moved on. His mother has not moved on. She is very childish & she depends on her children for her entire emotional support. She's not moved on at all-she still doesn't work, recieves all money in alimony from her dad, and still stays home most of the time depressed, is occasionally suicidal.

My fiance' took a long time to mend ties with his dad & has really began to accept his dad & the new wife. Together they have formed a good relationship.

Well, as you can imagine, she feels that my fiance' should have nothing to do with his dad. She refuses to go to the wedding if the new wife is there. I feel that ALL should be invited, and if she doesn't come, she has to live with it. My fiance' says it will kill him if she's not there, but feels all should be invited as well.

Help please?

I thought that he really liked me but i guess not because he told some friends that there was nothing going on between us. I was actually ok with it. later i asked if he wanted to get some drinks and talk he said sure. so we go to the bar and these guys are hitting on me and he seem to get upset about it tellin them to back off saying that i was his sister and whatnot. and he didnt like that they were hitting on me, so he comes and sits real close to me and puts his arm around me so they would back off. what is his deal ? why is he getting jelous if he is not interested in me?

I used to really like this guy, and I was getting mixed signs. I had been in a "sort of, kind of" relationship before, and it turned out horrible, so I was EXTRA careful this time, 'cause I most definitely didn't want to go through it again. But, as you all probably know, it's not that easy to stay on the curb and off the street. So I jumped in, and then I started getting all these signals telling me that he liked me too. But then he would act as if I was the last thing on his mind, if I was on it at all. I realized how far I was in, and I got scared that I would lose everything like I did before. So I tried so hard to get over him, and now that I have, he's been talking to me more often and he seems kind of interested. Did I make the right decision? If I didn't, how do I fix it?
