coz they give in to peer pressure and follow the 'trend' now. losing the virginity is the 'style' at present that comes with a lack of self respect! too many ppl are allowing themselves to be influenced by what others are doing around them and they think that if ur a virgin, u should be made fun of! bless those who still have their virginity until they are absolutely ready!

It is VERY important to me!!!!!! In fact, next to God, that is the next most important thing for me to stay focused on. I am NOT losing my virginity until I am married, and that is my final answer to anyone who asks, and I am not getting married unless I am sure he is the one for me, and I KNOW that he is the man God planned for me since before we were even here. As to answering your question...Teenagers want to rebel against everything their parents tell them to do. They do, it doesn't matter what kind of teenager it is, Christian (as I am, the rebeling comes from therir sinful nature...) or not. So, if their parents tell them NOT do have sex before marriage, the sad thing is, MANY (not all) teenagers want to do it. They are also thinking in the here and now,not in the then and later, and of their own selfish desires. I believe that for a non-Christian it is even harder, because they don't have God convicting them of something. And when God convicts your heart for something, you do/don't do it. It is sad that many teenagers don't wait, but many don't, I only wish that my husband is waiting for me, as I am for him, but even if he isn't, if he really is the one, I am going to love him regardless.

because most teenagers just care about having fun and being spopntanious, all they want is the pleasure so much that they don't think about what they're doing.

a likely answer for the reason teens want to have sex at such and early age is because they have low self esteem and having it makes them feel loved and wanted by some1 its also a way for them to foreget about the problems they are going through and makes them feel better.

They feel they are in love and want to make love, but dont really know what love is, and then would want to regret it later on, so basically, they are making choices that they feel is right for them, so they do it....
