I am 32,married for 11 yrs. I have always worked crummy jobs as needed and have always supported my husband in his career/business pursuits, even working for him and doing work for his employers. We don't have much, in fact a bad job decision made by my husband cost us our home and our credit. I had to leave my last job which I actually liked to move to a state where my husband could find more work. My problem is I have battled with depression & hormonal problems for yrs and find it very difficult to adapt to new jobs and meet new people. I feel like I've been yanked around so much in the last few years with my husband's career interests that I'm emotionally exhausted & just don't want to do it anymore. We are childless due to infertility so I really have no excuse why I am not out there bringing in the money & health insurance which we seriously need. Hubby is furious & says it's time for me to "do my part". I feel guilty am I wrong & selfish for wanting to stay at home?

I don't have a date to my senior prom, and there are no guys in my grade who would go with me that I'd want to go with. I wouldn't have a problem going stag, except that all 5 girls in my limo & after-prom party have dates, so before and after prom I'd be the only dateless girl. A couple of them are taking juniors to the prom as friends, and I'm not sure if I should do that too or not. I have one guy friend who I like a lot as a friend and think is attractive (even though we would never go out). But we're not THAT close, and I'm not sure how well he'd get along with my other friends. Another guy is a little bit less attractive and he's also two years younger than me (he skipped a grade) but I think he'd fit in with my friends more. Or I could go stag. I don't even know if either of the guys would be able to go with me. What should I do?

I have difficulty vocally being sweet with my significant other. I'm one of the sweetest and romantic people I know, but it's hard for me to express it vocally. I make sweet and romantic gestures all the time, remembering specific things they like, all the small things that make a difference. I'm even rediculously sweet in texts and IMs. but when we talk on the phone I have difficulty saying sweet things. I rely on being funny and try to lighten up the conversation, which usually ends with my other half getting upset. We have the best conversations when I'm successfully being sweet or we're making each other laugh... but other than that it's both of us being frustrated with my inability to vocalize my feelings... how can i fix this!??

i will put things bluntly..i had sex before getting married at my bachelorette party with the male dancer...i was drunk..very drunk and egged on by my friends...i was pregnant and had a son and know it is the dancers and not my husbands because he looks just like the dancer (eyes and lips , hair identical)--well my husband has no clue--should i just not tell my husband? i love my husband and will never cheat on him ever again--i was drunk at my bachelorette party---do you know of this ever happening to anyone else and what did they do? handle it?

It started out great...We dated for about 2 months then he asked me to be his girlfriend. After that we made it to 1 month. Somewhere in there I started to do something that no woman should ever do! I was calling him more than he called me..i made all the plans. I was kind of annoying. I think he lost interest because of this. I don't normally do this, but it is very rare that i meet a good man, and I was scared I would lose him so i got a little weird. The other night we were supposed to go see a movie. I called him and he said we were still going and he would call back becuz he was busy...he never did so stupid me called him. He didn't answer and never called me back. That was 3 days ago! I am trying so hard not to call. I know I have some to blame, but he should have called me right? I don't want it to be over, I was starting to fall in love with him, and he was a good man. Does this even stand a chance? Should I try and make it work, or just give him his space and whatever happens happens? I feel like if it is over, I want to hear it from him.
