I am supposed to go out on a date with someone tomorrow. However, I think he is too "sexual for me." Even though a lot of guys joke around, he seems to be immature. Please let me know if this is normal, especially GUYS who are answering this.

We were talking, and I mentioned going to bed. He said, "Are you going to touch yourself before you go to bed, because then that would be legit."

He constantly jokes about me dressing up in high heels, short skirts and other various things...

He joked about a friend's mom molesting him (it didn't happen, but he was joking around).

He really is a GREAT guy, minus this part. I hate it so much. I don't know if I can even be friends with him if he keeps doing this.

Be honest. Am I overreacting?

The topic of death has recently come up in our home, mostly about naming a guardian for our children should something ever happen. But it got me thinking. Someday my mother will pass away and I am next of kin. She is unmarried, our family lives across the country and we are not close. When she passes I will be next of kin and I have NO CLUE how one handles that sort of thing. How do I plan a funeral or pay for one? How do I contact far away relatives I havent spoken to since I was a child? What besides a funeral do I do? I assume there is a will. But how do I pay her final expenses? Are they my responsibility (I only ask because we are hardworking people who just make ends meet)?
Tell me everything. What do you do when you are next of kin and no one is there to help you through that awful time?

I have lost someone dear to me before, but I was not his next of kin either, none of it was my responsibility.

I've been friends with Brian since ninth grade and we have recently become close in our senior year of high school, but he has a girlfriend of one year. I'm almost 23 and hardly ever paint my nails because I don't care for them much, and I don't have the patience to maintain them. Yet, I think they look very pretty on other girls. Plus, I feel more comfortable keeping them short. Although I dream about looking sophisticated, I'm happier looking like myself. Yet, most of my friends keep their nails long and done, and that makes me feel inadequate. Know what I mean?

I have been dating this guy a few weeks. I accept that he is a recovering alcoholic (sober 4 yrs). He goes to AA, is honest about his condition, owns a business, takes care of his employees, and when we got up to being intimate, he got an HIV test and showed me the results. He told me before we were intimate he liked to take overly-hot showers to relax. In the morning I saw his stomach was covered with dime-sized scabs (about 30-40). I questioned this. He said they were from taking his hot showers. He blisters himself with the water! I asked him how often he did it. "2-3 times a day." I didn't know how to respond at that moment, but I've looked into "cutting" and I see that scalding also qualifies as self-mutilation. What can I do to help him stop? Do I need to end our relationship so he can face this problem? If I don't, am I condoning his behavior? Where can I go for information on how to help him? I'm afraid and I don't know what to do for him, and for myself.

I have affair for 2years now. My girlfriend's mother is not a ideal mother. She always irritates her.
but now my girlfreind's father is asking her that she dont want to stay with her mother than their is a chance that she can go to UK.

ok well...for v-day, i gave this girl in my class a really beautifully made card and i told her my feelings is in the card....anyways...she starts to notice me ....making eye contact...but she still doesnt do anything not even talk to me...NOTHING and she doesnt show much sign of interests....anyways ....recently this other girl also starts to take notice of me ...like umm she smiles when she looks at me...and shes kinda shy around me stuff like that ..so should i just move on to a girl who acctually appretiates me or should i keep trying with the girl i gave a card to.....?

make any money since we can't work, and have no idea who to get help from? Yes, the charity was our church but they don't want to help us. We are not wanting our 20k back but aren't there people out there that can help us a little bit. I guess we always thought that if you give you shall receive... we haven't received anything except heartache for the last 3 months. We still have some money left in our savings account so we can't get any government aid. However, that will run out in two months. It is frightening thinking what if we can't get aid in 2 months, we will starve to death and will lose our homes, what should someone do that can't work and can't get aid?

The girl Im talking about is my current girlfriend. She was with some guy 4 years ago, up until a year ago when I met her. During her past relationship she was basically this guys booty call. He called her when he was horny and fucked her. Then just took off and did it again and again and again. She was miraculously incredibly in love with this guy, and let him drag her through the mud, and completely disrespect her for the 4 years she was in love with him. He never acknowledged a relationship with her, and she went around doing everything in her power to make him fall for her. Now that I'm in a relationship with her, I can't help but picture these scenarios in my head, when I saw him taking her to his room and f*ck.ing her (this guy was my roommatte). He always talked crap about her (even to her face). She put up with this and loved him dearly. I verbally abuse her and have no respect for her.
