i take a shower every day sometimes twice
and i have never menstruated in my life
what a horrible thought
i think menstruating is evil
at least for a guy
it should have been called womenstruating at least.

I have at least 2 showers a day.One in the morning, and one in the evening BUT thats all the time not just when i have my period. Sometimes i like slipping i a third shower on my lunch time breaks.
i feel alot cleaner and fresh.
Then again this question is like: Do you have a shower after having all night sex?

I take a shower everyday. But if i didn't i would definitely take one when I was menstruating...

Heck yeah. I shower in the morning and at night anyways. Now, I wouldn't take a bath.... but shower.. most definitely. I even carry around feminine wipes with me! It just feels cleaner, and more sanitary when you take better care of yourself.

Oh yes! Of course.. Routine should still be as per normal, whether it is during the mensuration period.. Also, during this period, we need to make sure that the area is clean and to change pads when necessary to avoid any bacteria from growing..
It should be the same as you need to have baths everyday or to wash your hair daily..

Definitely. In fact, when you are menustrating, its when you should be showering the most. You gotta *ahem* keep it clean, or else like everyone else has mentioned, you will smell. Also it keeps any nasty bacteria and germs away. You should've been taught this in PD but obviously Australia's government is getting lax...unless you're not from Australia!

I think taking a shower while have your period is better then taking a bath, but that is just my opinion so yes

of course! in fact...that's the time where you should shower more.
during our period...our vagina and urethra are more prone to infection. So better take a shower more often and change sanitary napkins like three-four times a day. that's for your own good. God Bless!

of course.not taking a shower is just nasty.it's a vagina.....and should be cleaned at all times.during menstruation's u should want to clean it more often then usual so u can feel and smell clean.
