What do you do when you want to kick your coworker's or customer's a** right on the spot at work?

i go outside and breathe some fresh air. then i think to myself...wow...some people. glad i ain't like that.

if they really piss me off i go to the gym...imagine how i can pummel them into the ground as i lift some weight and then get it all out of me....go back to work and say...another day...another day...

I have worked as a server in the resturaunt business for many years, and I find that being nice to some of them, makes them look at how they are acting. Sometimes, they get better. At times when I was being messed with, I just looked at them with no expression, and they got the point then.

Mental pictures... they are my saving grace. I imagine the deed... (with a politically correct expression on my face), take a deep breath, and go on. This may be stupid, but I have a little saying that helps: Q-TIP... Quit Taking It Personally. If I can take myself outside of it and not get my ego engaged, then I can usually be diplomatic and find a creative solution. Q-TIP is kind of my 'inner alarm'...

if you do you'll be fired,have a bad work record, and go to jail in one day. Is it worth that?. Go thru proper channels with your problem-to your superviser, then the next highest person up the ladder, etc.
