No she didn't move on...she's thinking about you right now. Next time you see her, go up and tell her that you like her. Stop messing about...life is too short. Good luck.

That depends on the girl. I would think that would be obvious, amigo.
Whether or not a girl has "moved on" depends on a ton of factors like how interested she was to begin with, how many other prospects she has had (and if any of those prospects were more interesting than you), etc. There isn't a one size fits all answer here. Your best bet is to just make a move. If you crash and burn, no sweat. At least you will have the self-respect that comes with manning up and just going for the gold (so to speak) and there are perhaps decent odds that you might walk away with the girl.

If she has moved on then you did not need her in the first place. I think you should tell her that you like her first thing Monday morning we only live once and you have a lot of living to do. So try to not be so shy if you have to look down at the floor and tell her your interested in her. Not looking someone in the eye makes it easier sometimes. Good luck

She h\s issues with herself esteem ie: she lacks it. If you lack self esteem and confidence then just chatting can seem a task especially when she puts herself down and shes probably wondering why u are talking to her and taking an interest.
Keep talking with her, it might well help with her self-confidence.. If she chooses not to continue, maybe it is becaus she is shy and she doesn't know what to do next. Be the leader in this friendship maybe write to her and let her know that you are fond of her but are too shy to tell her..
Us women need surprises and reassurance sometimes..
good luck

On Monday flirt with her like crazy, until the week is over, make some lively convos and on the following Monday see if she notices you more, and her reaction towards you.
Good Luck!!!!!
BTW this sounds exactly like my situation (exactly)

If she really likes you she will continue to wait, if she is shy the chances of her moving on will be very slim, she will probably wait for you to make a move.

Dude,
Play it cool. Do not tell her that you like her, Girls do not like guys that appear to be emotionally vulnerable. Act disinterested, it will drive her crazy. Never never ever let her know that you are wild for her it will give her the upper hand. Play it cool and she will be your puppet.

I think you're good. Just give her more attention (not necessarily flirting, though that helps too) in the future. Good luck.
