My 24 yr old wife of 2 1/2 yrs wants a divorce. she says shes sure, and she is already going to clubs and trying to meet another man. we have a 4 yr old and 2 yr old together. she has refused marriage counseling, mediation, and even counseling to help us both be civil through this. How can I appeal to her better sense and ask her to at least have a civil divorce where we can remain friends, as it will be less stressful and best for our kids? I dont know what to believe, as i have found out she has told me countless lies on various subjects since before even giving me the news. im a very level headed person who doesnt see why we cant go through this as adults. i hold no ill will towards her, even after coming home to a her and a guy in our childrens bed together. what is the best approach? im lost... if u would like, feel free to contact me at

ok my crush and i were in group at skewl 2gather. well he started saying "if i were to ask you out, you would yes and you know it" and carried on for like 5 minutes, then i aske him "what would you say if i asked you out?" he replis "well idk but ..well i'm not sure right now" i said "i already no it would be a no, wait a hell no" he said "well no actually...............i'm not sure but it might not be a no" than the next day that that same class he kept staring at me on purpose and giveing me a joking evil eye, then what ever i would do he copied me, does this mean that he likes me?????plz help me understand cuz i really really want to ask him out but i don't to be rejected when i could already no it would be a no

my mom was abusive physcailly and emotionally for the first 18 years of my life, then she becomes just verbally abusive till now (physcially she is weaker now), i've moved out since i was 22, she never apologize for anything she did, last time i saw her she compares me to my sister openly, she also said things like 'you are not very beautiful you know?' , 'if your boyfriend is not sick, he would never go out with you, coz you are ugly', or 'you are not very smart', i am 28 got my own place, a great job, i have a very happy life until i have to interact with her, should i forgive her and make up with her knowing that she will ruin me, or should i not forgive her and carry on with my happy life without her? is forgiving somebody who never repent a good thing?

I have this friend who has moved away...thank god...she calls me endlessly to talk about her, never even asks how I am...seriously, I tell her I am about to eat she says I don't mind, go ahead, I say my husband just got home, she says, that's okay, call me right back..I just have had enough...have given her lots of $ too...that I didn't have...I have sacrifice tons for her with nothing in return, not even a thanks or how are YOU....how do i get out of this with out being mean...?

Serioulsy what is the huge thing with dating someone so young...they dont always have better skin than someone older, they are naive as hell and they are still into wearing glitter..like a 5 year old!

She will not stop feeding "junk food" to our children.....my husband and I will tell her that they just had dinner and she will bring out all kinds of cookies, candy, yogurt, etc...., she was so busy at christmas feeding our daughter chocolate that she missed opening presents with the family (yes we asked her several times to stop) .then she gave them all their valentine candy when we told her the kids had not eaten dinner yet, then today...she showed up in the middle of them eating lunch and said look what i got you and brought out sweet tarts....we try to tell her nicely (she is overly sensitive and takes everything personal), we've tried to get my father in law to say something but again she takes it personal, one of our children is a little on the heavy side and we don't want her to have all this junk.....what is a better way to approach this? it's driving us nuts and making us want to stop bringing the kids around her.

I am getting married in September of 2007 and I am trying to decide on my color scheme. I love color, just about all colors. I am not having a traditional wedding at all so i have the ability to go a little out of the box. I already decided to have each girl pick their own style dress. Originally i was going to a brown and pumpkin color scheme but the reception hall is white with a big black glass dome in the middle of the cieling and black glass dance floor. Around the inside of the dome thier is a little white tule and lights. It is goregous and don't want my colors to take away from the dramatic effect so i don't want brown and black or orange and black. So I think it has been narrowed to possible pink with the bridesmiads wearing black dresses with pink bouquets or my other idea is wine dresses with cream bouquets, not sure what colors i would do the centerpieces. Any opinions?

I met my close (former) friend last night at a mates party.(I needed time out to get over my feelings for her)She said the friendship was lost(via txt on Monday) and we both felt awkward at the beginning-I couldn't even say a word!I ended up speaking to her for most of the evening-she couldn't believe I was being so normal-especially after what she txt me(friendship lost-move on)

I apologised for hurting her i.e. wanting no contact - she snaped bck saying YOU NEVER HURT ME! GOOD/BAD RESPONSE??

I asked her if she'll join us on our group roadtrips - she said YES! - A POSITIVE SIGN OF FRIENDSHIP RESTARTING???

As she left I said that hopefully/possibly see you in a few months -she replied I'll see you at the roadtrip - we said bye and she gave me a tight hug - ANOTHER POSITIVE SIGN???

She needed a hug from my mate as it was too much for her to take in!

IS THE FRIENDSHIP REALLY LOST???

I just recently joined a Ballroom Association and taken on a new dance partner. I knew he had an attraction to me and I thought I would be able to control my attraction to him, but it seems I was wrong. The problem: I have a boyfriend! I feel like my attraction to my dance partner might be strengthened by the fact that I am in a long-distance relationship 7 months out of the year. I don't want to enter a relationship with my dance partner because I'm in love my boyfriend. But, my dance partner is determined to pursue me even though he knows I have a boyfriend! I've tried my best to say "no" to my dance partner's many efforts, but I think he takes it as "try harder!" (Okay, I come off as a little flirty.) But, this needs to stop before something terrible happens. I don't want to make things weird because it’s not possible to just GET a great dance partner to compete with. How do I say "you need to stop dropping by, calling me sweetheart and asking me out!" in a way that's not offensive?

Ok, i'm just a baby in some of your eyes i'm sure (19) but i still like hearing stories. I've known the guy i'm with right now for 4 years now but we've been dating for 1 1/2. He's the guy i want to marry and he says the same for me. We're Christians which adds a twist because we choose not to sleep with eachother untill we're married. well what happened was, I was at my uncle berties 60'th birthday bash and i kept feeling my bum being grabbed all the time! firstly when i turned round it was brother running away laughing and screaming, then the 2nd time it was old grandfather herbert! He zoomed off at 20mph in his motorized wheelchair shrieking! anyway, the last straw came when i felt someone was sniffing under my skirt and my horror it was aunty dot and her son willy! when they saw me looking, they started sweating and salivating and they quickly crawled away!
