Look at the girl, think up conversation topics. Talk about the test, break and so on, idle chat, ask her questions about herself and find ways to connect the small talk to other things and expand the conversation and keep it going. Social skills are an art, girls are no different than guys.

Listen close man...... learn to "entertain" women with good conversation and pick a moment you find "meaningful" but not "intense" and hold her eye contact for a 5 count. Smile at the end and then look at someone else. IT is important for it not to be so intense that its freaky and it is important to do it a couple other times for slightly shorter periods. It is all the flirting you need if you are a good fun guy.
