I once promised this guy (good friend and work colleague whom I like) that it would be a fun thing, coming to help me assemble IKEA lego. He did come, but considering he said IKEA lego was fun in itself... to cut a long story short, I ended up being too shy to actually give the present since he didn't know about it anyway. I didn't want him to think I was weird... especially if he only liked me as a friend.

However, I think now, I am ready to give the present to him at a time when I invite him out for coffee or something, and tell him I owed it to him from that time he helped me. The present is this: a voucher made by me which says to grant him any wish that I can fulfill.

He is someone I trust enough that I know he won't make any "funny" wishes, if you know what I mean.

If you got such a present, what would you do with it? And what would you think of me?

when i was young i was so alone no friends at all, thats why i made an illusion that i have a real guy freind who he's perfect he was so cute, kind,rich....every night before i sleep i always thinking of him that oneday we will talk and we will play for real....until i become 16 and matured enough to imagin crazy thing thats why i decided to erase him in my mine....yeah i forgot him now im 20.! I like to call it making love because I feel a certain connection with my girlfriend when we do it. She calls it sex a lot, which is fine but it bothers me a little. I don't know why I dislike the word sex, can someone please tell me the difference, if there is any?

I think about this guy I like way to much.

Sometimes I even catch my self daydreaming about him during school. I see him all the time; and I just don't know how to tell him how I feel in person.

I think I got trust issue....I don't even trust myself. I've always cheated on all my boyfriends. I always have more then 6 boyfriend at a time and now that I am married I'm still cheating. I've cheated on my husband while we were dating and I'm still doing that. He knows I'm a cheater b/c I have confessed once to him. But I promise that it will never happen again. I really want to learn how to be faithfull to my husband. B/c at the end of my day He is the only person that I truelllly love and wants to be with. And I am with him, we have a wonderful life together and we do have marriage problem, lots of them. but he is still more wonder to me then bad. Please I need some loving advice.

The last couple of years I've been hanging with some friends from neighbourhood cause I needed some time for myself. Now I need to get more active and wild and I have got back together with my old best friend and my other friends. We are a great twin with my best friend and I missed her so much all this time. The others from the neighbourhood aren't that fun and wild but they are just nice girls. So tomorrow the one of them want to go out together for her birthday, but here it's carnival and I want to get out with my best friend and get dressed sexy (they won't approve of me dressing like that) and the others and get wild as always. But she hates my best friend and if she knows she won't talk to me ever. What should I do? I just want to cut relatioship with those girls. I want to be back to my old ones. I am really confused... It sounds so cruel and superficial but I am bored of them... they are so usual... I need some different air...

I'm a college student and my roomate I don't get along very well. He always talks behind my back and never tries to improve the situation. He is practically blackmailing me with some dirty information that could get me kicked out of college. Because of that information we can't resolve arguments like normal roomates and I don't know what to do... (also, there are only 7weeks of school left and its too late to change rooms).

He gave it to me on Valentine's Day, I got all excited jumping up and down, then I turn the beautiful teddy bear around and it's MISSING AN EYE! He saw the shocked look on my face,

He apologized, said he noticed it while he was at the check-out line, but didn't want to lose his spot in line!

He "claimed" he'd exchange it the next day, yeah probably his plan to get it half price .. you think he did this on purpose? to save money?

It's been two days now, and he has not mentioned returning it yet.

He's got nowhere to go!!! He's laid off from work, spaced out in front of video games!

Oh, no, he's not 18 by the way, 30!!!

Is it just me, or is a one-eyed teddy bear a bit morbid and creepy? It's supposed to be a romantic gift.

What should I do with it, and him?

Hi, I went out with a lovely girl years and years ago but let her go cos I thought I wanted to be with sum1 else - 6 yrs ago I realised what I had done and just when I was about to tell her I loved her and wanted her back she started seeing someone. I bided my time thought they wouldnt last as it all happened very quickly she moved away. I'm an addict in recovery with 20 mos clean time. My ex has sole custody of my little girl, (8 yrs old), and I've recently been granted unsupervised visitation. He has fought me on this, and won't let family see her either. She is scared of me in front of him, but fine once he's gone. Says she doesn't want to go home. I'm trying to find police reports of him beating her in two different grocery stores, and beating his dog so bad police were called. City P.D. records will only give blacked out personal info versions.Guardian ad Litem, tho on my side, won't do anything, nor will C.S.

I fancy this good friend of mine who is also a work colleague, we often have lunch together with other common friends at work. There were two times in the past (when we were alone and outside of work) that he mentioned about unsuccessfully having chased other girls. I don't know whether he was testing me or what... anyhow, I responded like a good friend, and offered my advice and tried to help. The first instance I said, that's her loss, and offered my help if he wanted it. The second instance I thought of excuses for the second girl and explained the possible excuses, even though inside I was hurt :(

do you think I have given him the wrong idea? Would he take it as I only like him as a friend?
