If you don't want to end up pregnant or having any STD's YES!!!
When you know you'll stay together forever and will get engaged and married, decide what's best for you. She could be on birth control, any that would suit her, and leave the condom out.

i have a boyfriend. and not always, but i regret it sometimes. I know i dont want to have babies until im married and i know its a mistake and i wish i could change it. But if we do he pulls out before ejaculation. Not like it would change anything becuase during intercourse there is pre-ejaculation and who knows. But just stick with a condom or birth control please!
