We have been divorced for over 4 years, and we agreed to week to week shared parenting because we live in the same town and at the time, it seemed like the best option for our daughter. My daughter is 9 and tells me that she is worried because her dad drinks and drives with her in the car. I also believe he is back to doing drugs. We share the same babysitter and she is suspicious also. I have spoken to the local police who say that unless I get a lawyer (which I can not afford right now), my only hope is that he will get caught some day. He already has DUI's and has been to jail for those (before we were married), but he is the type that won't stop until they hurt someone and I don't want it to be my daughter.
So, is it wrong to ask the babysitter to call the police the next time he picks up my daughter from there and reeks of alcohol? He will also be bringing her to cheer practice on Monday and last time he reeked of alcohol. Should I call and have them waiting for him to leave....

My husband hates my tattoos and hates that I keep getting them. But I love them so much. Not just because of the feeling it gives you either, but because of how it looks after and how your like expressing yourself through art on your body. It's just the coolest thing ever to me. He says that when I married him my body became half his so I should be able to stop. Is this true?

I really like him too. He has such a great personality and I can see past the wheelchair I just dont want him to think I like him because of it. I'm willing to do whatever for him and I just need some outside advice on how to really handle this situation cause I like him and dont want to mess it up or anything. so anything anything anything will help.

about 2 months ago i got ahold of an old boyfriend..he came to visit me from alberta bout 2 months ago when he was visiting his grandma. me and him started likeing eithre again and kept in contact. i told him that id be coming out to alberta shortly because i had planned to anyways to see my girlfriend out there. so we all 3 of us went to the bar when i was otu there one night, and they hooked up in front of my face...and he brought her back to his place both nights where i was staying. so i had to put up with them doing it in front of me. what kind of sick people are these and how can they get away with doing this to me? honestly ive told her what i think of her and i smacked him across the face but now they just keep texting me and calling me bipolar and im trying to ingore it what can i possibly do how is this fair?

I drive a 75 mile round trip to work every day and I want to move to an apartment that is close to my job. I am sick and tired of the travelling back and forth to work. I get up at 4 am every morning and leave around 5:30 a.m. to be at work by 6:45 a.m. I do not get home until around 8:30 pm at nite and the same routine starts over again. I am the sole support of my husband, but, he does get a small disability check. He refuses to move so I can be closer to my job. He has had a stroke and stays home by himself and has his meals delivered to him..which the same thing could be done if we moved. I'm threatening to just move to an apartment on my own and just leaving if he doesn't want to move with me. Needless, to say I am 53 years old..going on 54 and am very stressed about all of this and am getting too old to be driving like this all the time. I think he's selfish..thanks for any answers..I think this one may be for Dr Phil...lol.

Okay so I have been talking to this guy for a little over three months...and then we had sex last Saturday. When we go through, he told me how wonderful I was. We talked everyday after that until Wednesday, then he wouldn't answer my calls or call me back. So I posted the situation on here and asked y'all what his deal was. Well he called me today to tell me that he was sorry, that he really does like me, and he wants to be my friend. He was just afraid that I wanted a relationship. He said that he knows he should have just talked to me but he didnt know how to go about it. So instead he just quit talking to me. What is his deal?

Her mom married into the family and the cousin was from a previous relationship. So we are not blood related. And even though my family is against incest and such my own grandmother set me up with her somewhat.

my husband has a 12 yr old son who lives w/us. i have a 7yr. old girl, and we have twin 22mon. g/b and a 6mon. old boy. we both don't know who to disipline the others kids. if i say or do something my step-son does't like he tells his mom and it starts a fight. but she lives 50miles away and hardly sees him, so i feel i need to be there for him as a mom type. and i don't like some of the punisments my husband uses on my daughter like grounding etc... but he doesn't do the same for his son unless i point it out and make him. we have a large family and we all love each other, i just want us to get along better. any advise????

I've met her a week and a half ago. We still don't know each other too much, but perhaps she likes me (she's very nice to me). We're working together in the library this Wednesday (on St.Valentine's Day). Probably I could also just put some flowers in her backpack and leave.
