Anything that you would not do or say with your spouse standing right there and/or anything you would not like for your spouse to do or say without you there.

The answer is a BIG yes to all that you have asked. Just use your 'noodle' a bit - How would you feel if someone you loved very dearly did any of those things? If it would hurt you then it is wrong!!

I'm not one to engage in semantics of what the precise meaning of "cheating" is. As far as I'm concerned, there's appropriate and inappropriate behavior, and I trust my mate to be able to draw the line.

Sexual activity which involves swapping fluids.
That could include spit, given the right application.

To include more than that is a bit of a stretch.
