On july 31 2006 one of my friends Chris was killed he was only 16 years old...its been really hard dealing with the fact that he is gone. I just need some incouraging words to make me feel better

I feel so down :( Talk to me.?
My dad left my family a while back now, im 17 and i have an older boyfriend, weve now been together about 9 months nearly 10. I love him to pieces no matter about age or whatever, my dad hasnt been there for me at all, and especially when i went through a really bad patch last year when i wasn't myself, i had such low self esteem, i didnt care what i did, and who i did it with basically. Then my boyfriend, Mark, pulled me out of it all, which is more than i can say for my father. My dad HATES! my boyfriend, but what right does he have? Dad didn't care when i was being punched around by my last boyfriend, or many other things, believe me!!...so why should he have a say? i don't no what to do :( Please talk to me. I'm Jem, i'm 17, my boyfriend is mark and he is 36. :S :( I know the age is a major issue, but i love him. x Opinions please. Lots? xx

My girlfriend and I have been "on the rocks" for a couple of months now. I really screwed up, and we're trying to work through it, but it's difficult. Essentially we aren't together right now, but we're trying to work through things to get back to a place where we can give this another shot. She decided that we can't plan on doing anything together for Valentine's Day or at least that she doesn't think we should. But obviously I still want to do something for her. I still want to do something for her despite not being able to spend the day/evening TOGETHER. What can I do besides drop off some roses and a card? What else can I give her? How else can I show her how special she is to me without being able to spend the evening cooking her dinner, etc? Please give me some ideas. I'm looking for special, reasonable ideas that would really make an impact and really touch her. Thanks everyone.

EVERYONE LOVES HIM....my parents, my friends, my relatives....He is wonderful, caring, trustworthy, hot, great job, gorgeous house, genuine, would be a great father.....I have always been in drama filled relationships and FINALLY decided to get out of it after 7 years and this has been my 1st non drama relationship

I took a 6 month break and then met him. We clicked. We both wanted to get married to each other someday, have kids together, and live in our "now" house FOREVER.

One day my feelings clicked off. Honestly, I woke up one morning after we were dating for 3 months and had come to the conlusion that I didnt love him anymore. Since then I went on some anti-anxiety meds and my feelings have been up and down. When we are out of town I dont think about anything and have a good time with him, BUT when we are at home I get all anxious and feel like I dont love him anymore...I dont know why but the smallest things he does annoy me and the next day everything could be fine. I just dont feel as romantic as I used to with him. I still enjoy having sex with him and spending time with him but feel as though something is missing or I dont love him anymore? Please help, I hate hearing that I am not in love with him anymore...For some reason people re-assuring my love for him makes me feel better?!?!?

Okay, so a gorgeous guy asked me out and I haven't given him an answer. Why? Because I'm 13 years older than he is (and he knows it). He's 19...I kind of feel like maybe I'd be saddling him with an old lady if I went out with him. This person is without a doubt the love of my life and I know she feels the same, but she is the reason the words anal retentive were invented. I am not without fault, I am the poster boy for adhd! My current college roommate and I have been best friends for over 4 years now. We have always gotten along great until recently. Her boyfriend has been bothering me a lot lately and he wont stop when BOTH her and I tell him to quit. My roommate and I had a big talk on the fact that I cant stand her bf and I worry that it made her mad at me. I have really tried to just deal with her boyfriend and all the crap he does. I honestly cannot stand him and feel miserable every time he is around. I think this has driven me away from my roommate and I'm honestly looking for new people to hang out with. Any suggestions on how I should deal with this?? I cant move out because I live in a dorm room. I have already talked to her about it but I dont think he will stop acting the way he does.

My parents do not like my husband. They want nothing to do with him. We have 2 kids: 8 month old son and 2 year old daughter. I've made big mistakes in my life but they can't seem to get over them. They rarely call or visit. This hurts me. They only live 10 minutes away. My husband says to stop contact with them. But I love my parents. What should I do? They are not willing to change.
