It's always hard losing friends no matter how old we or they are. ((((HUGS)))) to you. It's especially difficult when they are so young. It might help you feel better if you do something to help those who suffer form whatever killed him. If he had cancer, find a RELAY FOR LIFE activity. If it was a drunk driver, get involved with your local SADD. Wish I could help more but can only offer more (((()))). My email is on my profile if you would like I would be happy to help you find something near you.

I'm very sorry for your loss. I know all about that. Can't tell you how many funerals I've been to, but what got me the most was when my best friends older sister died from a car crash on new years. It was devastating, she was gorgeous, young, and nice. All you can do is just remember the good times with Chris, and you will get through this tragedy one step at a time. I hope you get through all this okay, I'm sure he would want you to be happy, so don't make yourself feel bad for things undone. God bless you.

That's such a sad thing. I know many people young that have died, and it just doesn't seem right. Recently my uncle passed away also, and were not sure how? The best thing to do, is keep busy, yes, cry when you really feel like it, don't feel silly for it. Shows that you really loved Chris, and you miss him. Think though. Your just his friend, what about his family? Try to help them too, if you know them well enough?.. Just like people always say, remember the good times you had, and think that one day you will see him again. xx Jem

i know it is hard to deal with a friend who passed away. if it is hard dealing with the fact that he is gone then i think you should like do things that might help you remember. it will bring back memories and you will think he is right next to you. this happened about 6 monthes ago and you should be strong. it was destiny that took him away. just know that he is watching you from God's home.

You have learned your lesson: Life is too short and a tomorrow is NEVER guaranteed to anybody. Therefore, live life to its fullest knowing that you've tried your hardest and then sit back and contemplate in the joy that you have imprinted upon the world (may that be people's good memories of you, your laughter, a profound achievement etc.)
