Why do men always have to laugh loudly,grin ,joke and comment among themselves when a girl passes by?

Does that mean she is funny?Just curious !

men enjoy laughing loudly, grinning, joking and commenting among themselves. Unless they are pointing and laughing at "the girl" then they are probably doing that when no one else is around too

no it may mean they are interested like if there are a group of girls together and a cute guy walks by then all giggle
