If you want to have fun & meet new people when traveling, then I would suggest that you could start by checking out the holiday companies for a package deal to take you somewhere you would like to go & doing something that you like to do when you get there.
Many firms do singles only but these have a bit of a bad reputation,so you could ask a girlfreind to come with you, in which case (in theory anyway) you should be safer & it is nice to have company rather to go to places alone
You dont say where you are from, or what you like to do, but anywhere warm & freindly will do
Anywhere in the Mediteranean or Southern Europe is enjoyed by most people as a reasonable cheap holiday
wherever you go you will enjoy it I am sure
Beware of holiday romances though as they do not tend to last if you live long distances apart
Love will find you when you are not looking

Swimming with Dolphins - it's such an amazing experience that you all bond ad talk over what you have just all done. Well worth it!
