I have known him on a very causual freindship basis since May 2006. I know his mom because she is a patient a my facility that I work at. His wife died of cancer 6 years ago. He dates other women, but he only asks me to his house and strongly suggests sex, but not a commitment. He knows that I am safe.

Ok so I have been with my boyfriend for 4 years, and we have been through so much, I moved to san diego to take a break and eventually came back to San Jose for him, he promised things would change, but so far everything is the same. I am only 22 and I am wondering if im missing out on something.

I have a situation. I saw recently an ex-g/f of mine. We had a very short relationship when I was 17 (lasted for 3 days) I broke it off because it wasn't working.

Now, I saw her again recently and we are starting to hang out more but heres the snag. She has a b/f and I told her that I am not interested to steal her away. We set up a few meetings but she flaked out twice. Both times, she claims that her b/f said that is she goes out with me, than the relationship is over. Both times she called me a few days later saying she was sorry.

What should I say to her? I don't like being flaked out like this and I want to say this but I need some ideas on what to say.

additionally, if you have other suggestions, I am open to them

I used to go to an elementary school from Pre-k to 5th grade and I had alot of friends there. I havent seen any of the people from my elementary school in over a year now (including my best friend that I met in Kinder) or talked to them because I went and still am at a different middle school and dont intend on going there. And today my cousin told me I should go to a dance at my old elementary school so that I can see all my old friends, but I cant go because its a school night, they give me alot of homework at my middle school and my parents if I asked them would not let me go because I got detencion on Monday for being late to school on Friday. I realy want to see my old friends and am thinking that I could take my 2 new best friends if I go to the dance, even tho my parents are very strict they could let me go. Do you think I convince my parents to let me go with my cousin to the dance and see my old friends?

There is this girl at school and i really like her. she has a boyfriend, but we have gotten real close. My boyfriend just broke up with me a few hours ago.
We had been going out for almost a year, and we're crazy for each other. Our friends always joke that we'll end up married some day.
It was an off-on type of thing, but mostly on. We split up for a while after his mom died and was going through some stuff. He's really insecure now, and I think that that could be part of it.
But anyway, what happned is that we just got back together on Friday. We talk on MSN a lot, and I usually have my display name as "Katie<3Grant" I didn't have it that way, since I had just got on and hadn't even thought about changing it yet. He took it as that I didn't care about him, and didn't want anybody to know that we were back together. He said, "If I'm not important enough to you that you don't want your friends to know we are together, than I don't think that we should be."
I think he over-reacted... do you? Is it really that big of a deal that I hadn't put it in there? I need help with what to do!

On my Valentine's dance at school, I was pursuing the girl I like. However, every time I got close to asking her to dance, she would say, "Did you see that girl that got dehydrated?" or, "Want to play DDR?" I couldn't find her, and asked my friend to tell her I was looking for her if he found her (I was in the bathroom.) Then, as I came out, my friend told me, "I just told her you wanted to dance with her, and she said yes." I was looking for her, when I ran into my science teacher, Mr. C. He made me and my friend play connect four with him. Then, I found her and she said, "C'mon, let's dance." Just as we moved into the gym the DJ said, "Okay everybody, your parents will be here to pick you up any minute now, so get your stuff and say by to your friends." As everybody piled outside to get picked up, I yelled, "Hey R(name)" She said, "Bye D(name." I think this is an awkward situation and I need help! She was my best friend and I don't want to ruin it.

He was supporting me before I got pregnant and has continued doing so. We first agreed that 3 months after the baby is born he will pay me 800 a month for child support. But now he has a girlfriend and he's giving 2 months and said he will be paying $600. I think he should be paying more because his income is almost 4,000 a month and I will have the baby 95% of the time, not to mention because hes in the navy on deployment he wont even see the baby until he's 7months old. And the only reason he's getting paid so much is because he's been seperated from his wife for 2years and hasn't divorced her so he collects about $1,000 extra a month for that. I just don't want to get played and would like to know how much I should reasonably expect...

I know i have posted this once a long time ago but i felt i'd post it again to see what you all though.

As a sophomore in college i remember this game we used to play in gym class with this giant rainbow colored sheet. We'd all life it up and run under it and stuff. I'm sure other's of you remember this activity...anyway apparently....they now banned this activity from elementary school gym classes because it's to "violent" my friend wants to become a physical education teacher so this is how i found this out..I'm surprised. I also heard dodge ball was banned from some schools as well as tug of war and tag!! Does anyone else think this is in any way STUPID? what are they going to ban next....breathing!

Recently, we hit a rough patch, and my fiance told me that he was bored with our sex life... partly with his domination of it - meaning he wanted me to be a little more dominant - as well as the fact that we always tend to do the same things. So, I would really appreciate some answers on ways to spice things up and get us back to the way we were when we met. Because I can't handle the "not happy with our sex life" aspect. Thats the problem I hate to see her sad when he leaves her. I know they love each other very much.I even talked to the guy in private,and he told me that his wife had done nothing wrong,and he can't just up and leave cause he is bored. I have talked to my boyfriend about this but he tells me not to get involved with it,but she is my best friend. So how do I go about letting her know they may not ever be together the way she wants to be,or do you think he will give in in time and leave his wife for my friend. He is not at all happy in his marriage, He works days,his wife works nights. They even sleep in separate beds.
