We are actually from across the river (Belleville, IL). We want someplace (kinda close) with alot of trees and some kind of pavillion or something. It needs to have electric and facilities for guests.

haven't lived in StL for 13 years but I recall Tower Grove Park was beautiful with colorful large gazebos.

You might try Park Avenue Bed and Breakfast in southwest St. Louis, across the street from Lafayette Park. They have a private garden next to the B&B that might be available for weddings. We stayed there last September. Go to: http://www.parkavenuemansion.com/
