First tell us; What do you want to do? Do you want him/her to stop or do you want him/her to go on?
But I'll assume that you don't want to cheat on your fiance, and that the friend is male.
First just tell him plain and simple "no way" if you want to keep his friendship just don't go ballistic about it, just take it as joke and go on (most men just give a try to see if they get lucky but they know if just like a game).
BUT if keep trying and get psycho about it, then is time to get serious and explain him that you don't go for that kind of things and that it make you feel uncomfortable; if he still doesn't get it, then is time to end with that friendship.

Well there are many factors...
How do you feel about your friend? Do you like him or her? What were his/her 'moves' exactly? If it's some innocent flirting now and then I wouldn't take it seriously, but if it's something to where he/she is blatantly trying to kiss/asking for one-on-one date kind of thing then I would question it. If this is so -he/she does like you and is making an effort to ask you out or something, obviously your friend does not believe in relationship fidelity. So I would say, if you happen to like this friend -would you really want to start a future with someone like this? Is it worth sabotaging your current relationship to be with your friend? Hmm..

if you were married and a guy, doesnt matter who it is, wants you and does his move, wouldnt you tell him to back off?
if you are unsure of what to do, are you thinking of having an affair behind your BF's back?
i would say, the answer is clear for either scenario.

explain to the person that you're just friends..and that you love your bf. if he doesn't stop then you're probably better off not being around him anymore. unless you want him too..then you have to choose which one you love more.
